I liked the property, its amenities, and helpful staff. I had trouble getting a key that worked to open my room door, but they sent someone to help. And, while I appreciate the desire to "save the planet" by not washing so many sheets, knowing I was sleeping on sheets that had been used by previous guests was not bad as they seemed clean, but it was a little off-putting.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, nice big tv, pool was clean. It was perfect for our stay.

Staff was friendly. The dog fee is grossly overpriced for an overated hotel. This is the most expensive place for dog fee's which was quite shocking given we normally stay in higher quality hotels and they don't charge anywhere near what this place charges for dogs.

We loved r stay here in Benecia. Everything was clean and in order, we did get to have the free breakfast but we will in the future, thank you for a comfortable stay!
