the staff was helpful when arrived last minute to find a room. the room was very clean and comfortable beds. The hotel was being renovated so lots of things in process on outside hotel and inside hotel but minimal disruption. very nice coffee and breakfast.

place was being refinished. room said had mircowave but it did not. i have stayed here plenty and is always a solid stay for what its worht.

Construction ongoing at the property - unclean, noisy in the morning. View from room window included a crane and construction materials strewn all over the ground. This hotel has no business charging top dollar. Also housekeeping was terrible bed not made and no refreshed towels after the first night. Do not stay in the hotel.

We were on the third floor which had been completely renovated. Everything was like brand new. The lobby was another story. The lobby was in the process of being renovated which was messy. The continental breakfast was sparse compared to other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed at.

Could use a little more attention, little slow in bringing out the eggs but I do understand that the lower level of the hotel is under construction.

I did not realize the hotel was undergoing construction and walked into dust and tile removal and had to wait quite a while to use the elevator to get to my room to have them clean the tile debris out of the elevator and tract and walk through debris

This is my second time at this hotel and my stay has always been pleasant and uneventful. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The place is under renovation, so understandable that not everything was perfect. However, our room was brand new and everything was clean and comfortable.
