The staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was homemade not powdered eggs. Down side was the walls were a bit thin. Rooms were well appointed and it’s in a great location. I was there to volunteer for a RAm event and a lot of us stayed there. Next year I would stay there again. Maybe we can get all the RAM volunteers in one building as we have to get up at 4 am

The rooms are paper thin. And the cops get called there quite often for no reason.

Clean bed sheets, floor, bathroom. Parking was simple and easy. Room was quiet and had floor level sliders to a grassy sitting area. It worked for us and our needs.

They did not tell me that they did not clean the room unless asked to. Figured this out after several days, but the room only came w/ 1 very small trash can. They had a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. Once the upstairs room was occupied I could hear the occupants walking back & forth. The room eas nicely renovated, but the shower could not be turned on without getting fully wet trying to get the water on and temp set right. Parking area needed replacing, and a garden area near the entrance was only dirt. Saw their pool this morning and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Staff was nice , but not returning here!

Check in was at 3:00, but the desk clerk stated rooms would not be ready until 5:00. When I checked in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. The best I can describe, it was like damp Fritos. The hallway to my room was very dark. The room itself was typical with a king size bed and TV, small refrigerator. The bathroom looked newly tiled. The towels were fine and there were small bottles of shampoo and wrapped bars of soap. The sheets on the bed were rough and not neatly made. The woodwork and doors were old and chipped. Outside my window was a pool, but the water looked green and no one was swimming. They offered a fairly decent hot and cold breakfast. The hotel was also hard to find. The sign was on Main Street, but the hotel was tucked behind some other buildings, entrance on a side street. I almost left, but would have lost my money. Basically, I didn't feel safe. I think the place had seen far too many college parties.

Breakfast was offered but a property w 3 buildings requires more than 4 tables.
-
The bed was clean and comfortable, but the fitted sheets seemed a bit small for it and kept coming out the mattress.
-
The staff was great and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was strong and wonderful. The hotel was walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Overall a great night.

I really liked the room and the layout. The couch and the deck were both very nice additions. The hotel was very chill and clean. It was also great because the hotel was pet friendly! The pillows were as hard as a rock. Maybe they had more but I didn't really want to have to ask at 5am when I was really feeling that the pillow wasn't right. If I return I might bring my own pillow. I wish there was an elevator.

The location Pool wasn’t clean, overbooked their rooms so the poor housekeepers were rushing and overworked resulting in a dirty room 2 hours after our confirmed check-in time. Toilet and shower were not cleaned in the slightest. 14 hours after we checked in we finally were able to use the now-cleaned bathroom and still had a cold shower with a bug crawling out of it when we opened the door. Bed was not comfy and there was a giant bees nest outside of our window (which wasn’t fully shut when we got there)

The continental breakfast was below expectations, and there was not enough seating for guests when several people arrived for breakfast at around the same time. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which was much appreciated.
-
There was no toilet paper in the room. The breaker went off during breakfast due to Keurig and toaster plugged into the same outlet. The receptionist seemed at wits end and wanted to shut down breakfast.
-
Very disappointed that pool was not available. 3rd July in a row.
-
The room was perpetually damp. The AC didn't clear the air at all. The towels didn't dry, there weren't ANY towel racks, and towels weren't refreshed. Just hanging two towels on the one hook in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms and the entire facility were very basic and no frills. We expected more from a Wyndham property.
-
The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was ice cold and there were not enough chairs and tables available for the amount of guests looking to eat. The pool, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was bright green, slimy, and had toads. The room smelled overwhelmingly like weed when we checked in.

Had hand soap request

As other reviewers have stated the pool water is extremely cloudy and unappealing looking. We did not feel comfortable going in it which was unfortunate because it was a big reason we booked there. Room itself was spacious and quite nice. Water pressure was insanely high … nice to shower in but made for a messy bathroom.

The seating was nice, they had a couple of tables in the area for the food and several small tables and comfortable chairs in the lobby to sit and eat and socialize. They are in the process of renovating the rooms so it wouldn't be fair to rate on the negative. The biggest thing was when you took a shower and someone else took one at the same time you lost the hot water. They are going to fix that as soon as they can.

The facilities lived up to all our expectations for this location.
