Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL

It was an okay experience here, overall a good one night hotel for traveling but wouldn't plan on booking this place for a week planned event.

Upon arriv

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Room not cleaned or restocked with towels or garbage bags. Had to ask every morning for towels and take the garbage to the maids. Staff was friendly. Pool area was dirty with food on the floor. We arrived on Sunday and on Tuesday night the same globs of black hair were on the floor. That was disgusting! No towels in the swimming area were stocked. Breakfast was fine. Garbage outside the hotel on the grounds there the entire time we were there. I was actually disappointed in this hotel.

The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The pool area was a little dirty. Our room was in need of some repair (leak in ceiling above the shower, smoke detector had a clear wrapping around it, sign on the back of the door falling off).

We only stayed 1 night,and had a good exerience overall. The only things I didn't like: was being charged a $50 deposit for the room, because we payed for the room online? And that is supposed to take up to a week to have returned to me, then people started mowing the lot behind our room at 5:30AM.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Surrounding area was safe & close to essential shops.

The staff at the hotel were great. The breakfast room is very small and could not accommodate all the people who wanted to eat at around 9 am on a Friday morning. The staff was slow in refilling a few items. Additionally,,the hallway leading to our room had a long extension cord running to a side door near out room and then outside, apparently plugged into a camper. Not sure if this meant the door would not be secured but it was a trip hazard.

Excellent choice for the price! I specifically needed one with a shuttle. This place checked all the boxes and was a good price!! I’ll be back for sure !

Spacious area for breakfast however the choices are limited

While the rooms were clean the bathroom was dingy. The pool was very cloudy. You couldn’t even see the bottom of it. Breakfast was good though. Just wasn’t very nice for the price.

This was a great hotel to stay at for the night. We loved the helpfulness of the staff. They picked us up at the airport EARLY in the morning and even kept trying to get a hold of me with my spotty internet. The beds felt good and the room was nicely cleaned and smelled very nice. We got a good night's sleep and the breakfast the next morning was hot and had so many things to chose from! It was delicious. We also would have had enough time to take a swim in the morning before checkout but decided against it and got on the road sooner. But it was a nice option. I love the checkout of NOON. It makes me feel more relaxed and comfortable at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. -Jody

The room was visibly dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, stains on the bed skirt. There was unrepaird damage to the wall as well. For the price, this was not equivalent in value and the rating seemed inflated. Afterwards we were sent a note that if we left a review they would send a gift card so that explained the inflated rating.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and very informative. Their shuttle service was excellent and is worth the money to keep your vehicle there instead of airport parking. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The hot tub was working.

Room was ok except the shower was not fitting to the holder. Staff 100%, breakfast great
