The hotel was clean and met my needs.

Breakfast was terrible. They served the same food everyday and at times wouldn't replenish easy things. The eggs were watery as well as the oatmeal. My kids wanted to leave but I heard the staff say that they won't refund anything. I have pictures of the trash, the bug, and the flood. My kids and I are traumatized by this experience and will never book at a country inn again!

The airport shuttle was the worst experience we had. They drive too badly on the roads; we almost fell off the seats during the rides. They also did not care about our reservation for an early morning checkout. We booked the shuttle the previous night and informed the reception about it as well. The reception unnecessarily made us wait during our checkout, and the shuttle left us there. When we asked the reception why the shuttle left us there, they simply did not care and told us to wait. We had to wait for another hour for the next shuttle, and our whole day was ruined because of being that late.

Es hotel que tiene acientos viejos y rotos sucios manchados, el internet muy lento y sin buena recepción, desayuno frío y sin sabor, personas en la entra fumando mariguana y cigarros, área de la picina muy caliente , toallas muy viejas ( en la picina), llaves de acceso a los cuantos desprogramadas la verdad no lo recomiendo, por lo que pagué esperaba algo más decente

Just not satisfied with anything

The pool was very dirty i didn't get a chance to use it. I had alot of bugs in my room from the rain i assume.

Pleasant atmosphere

Run down, hall area outside pool was very wet, rules for parking were unclear and staff was not particularly helpful

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very quiet. Hallway floors very slippery and moist throughout the entire stay. Hallways had a very weird smell. Overall very pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Helpful staff clean rooms etc

The hot tub requires more frequent cleaning. The presence of large insects floating in the water is unappealing. I inquired with a maintenance staff member regarding the cleaning, and they merely observed the situation before proceeding with other tasks. The apparent disregard for the visible insects is concerning. Having previously patronized your establishment multiple times, I have not encountered such an issue, nor such a nonchalant response from the maintenance team. This experience prompts me to reconsider future stays when visiting Illinois. Furthermore, my room lacked a hairdryer, and the expected amenities were not present, necessitating a request at the front desk.

The staff was very helpful with our traveling into Chicago. The hotel shuttle was prompt and courteous. Parking was free. Breakfast was very good. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting convenience to the Windy City without the high price of hotels and parking fees.

The hotel staff was very kind when we arrived extremely late due to the delayed travel.

There was a issue with air conditioning and the solution that the staff came up with was a Table fan. We had to spend an entire night before a 24hr long flight in a room with no Air conditioning.

Noisy neighbors above you could hear every step. Employees acted like they weren't in a service driven industry. it is eh at best.

BED BUGS AND HAIR AND STAINS OH MY! STAY AWAY!!!

The breakfast option was awful; by 7:15 am, all of the food had been consumed and had not been replenished. The room is crawling with spiders, and your key card only works once, locking you out each time you leave. We had to keep asking for key cards. It was difficult to fall asleep because you could hear cars passing by, people walking down the hallway, and people flushing their toilets or watching TV in their rooms.

It was nice and clean. The staff was very cheerful. The kids really enjoyed the pool.
