Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL

The lobby area was very nice and the breakfast was great. My complaint is when I got to the room after dark, on bottom level the sliding window was wide open. I had to in a panic check behind all the curtains and closets to feel safe. The room was clean, but the door in the bathroom was filthy and looked to have blood or other bodily fluid on it. The worst part was about 12 am someone must have been smoking marijuana in the room next to mine, because the whole room smelled like it for the next few hours. Overall, the value was decent, but I may pay a little more to stay elsewhere next time.

Pros: - Free breakfast (sausages, eggs, waffles, etc.) - Free airport shuttle (although you have to call them when you land to get a tracking link) - (mostly) clean and comfortable rooms and pool & hot tub Cons: - Rooms and carpets need deeper cleaning and upgrading, still adequate - Some staff can be a bit rude, most were nice though

I didn't like that you had to park your car so far up the hill for the park and pay .

I loved the location of the property the area is nice and clean but the inside it’s kind of not maintained as well but loved the service and room I stay again !

Skip this place! Our room was terrible smelled like the swimming pool ! Trash outside our window

The airport shuttle was great, punctual with great drivers.

Quick one night stay for convenience of airport. The property needs to be maintained better. It felt a bit dirty. Carpet is super dirty and rooms need paint. The shuttle was great though. No near places to eat.

Breakfast was good! Staff especially this beautiful dark skinned girl who helped me when I arrived on Monday the 28th of September at 2:00AM! She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Facility needs a few upgrades. In room 113 the shower wall was kinda outdated. Otherwise it was fine!

The room was clean, beds were comfortable , good water pressure. The furniture could use some updating. Our chair and couch in our room both had tears in them, but didn't affect the comfort. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others

Nice and quiet at night. Staff was very friendly. TV remote in the living room didn't work. Floors and under furniture could use a good deep clean

The location was excellent, very convenient to OHara. Breakfast was better exceeded expectations. Onsite long term parking was safe and well organized. Would recommend without hesitation.

I love the fact that the pool area stays open till 11:00 p.m. both hot tub and pool were clean and great temperatures

The actual building was not outdated/run down and the bathrooms paint was peeling. I was in a room that connected to another room and I could hear all conversations next door, thin walls.
