There was food in the refrigerator that was there already or someone entered the room. Also upon checking out there were bugs in the room.

Good variety at breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff, nice pool, I liked the Dove products in the bathroom and the fact you had nice conditioner and lotion! Pool towels were tiny, pull out couch was very uncomfortable

Overall the hotel rooms are pretty good but needs cleaning and more crew staff.

The staff were very friendly and the shuttle service made getting around easier and more comfortable both on arrival and departure. Although I left in the early hours and didn't try breakfast, they leave snacks and coffee for those who leave early; very good service. I would definitely go back. I enjoyed everything during my stay.

I stayed in this hotel and visited downtown which was 30 min away.

My room was clean and comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. I was able to easily walk to a local pharmacy for a few things I needed for my trip and felt safe the entire time. The free airport shuttle was an unexpected bonus!

I’m very happy to see what a great staff this place has! They ran the extra mile for so many customers on check in and check out. The customer service is fantastic! Blessings

Breakfast on the weekend was excellent

People were very nice. 👍

Gunjan, the front desk person was so pleasant. We missed our international flight and needed extra time to be able to rebook our tickets etc- she let us stay an extra 2 hours in the room and get some much needed rest after a long stressful night.
