Nice and clean queen room with comfy beds. It was quiet and provided a restful sleep for one night. The check in and out was simple and easy. Friendly staff as well.

Room was filthy, front door issues closing, bathtub awful you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in such a long time, towels dirty. It was just an overall mess period… never again for us!

The whole building was just infested with birds. There was birds nests on every light with poop dripping down. Bird poop was everywhere. there was bird poop in the pool as the birds were landing on the pool steps and drinking. Very, very dirty.

The room was clean but had a smell. It was a comfortable stay. Would stay here again as it’s convenient for travels on i10.

The first room had apparently not been cleaned. There were bugs in the room and the bed (dead and alive), yellow spots on the covers, stains in the bathroom and so on. We asked to be moved and asked for clean sheets, etc. and replaced them ourselves just to get through the night. Not recommended at all.

The floor in the room was so dirty it turned our feet black. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the shower looked so bad we decided to just towel ourselves off. The staff was nice and the breakfast was decent but would not recommend. No idea how this place had such good ratings on Expedia

The bathtub was badly stained, and there weren’t plugs in the bathtub or sink. The water just drizzled out. It was very difficult to take a shower.

My room was hot & musky when I went into it because the AC was off, so it wasn't very comfortable to walk into & had to let it air out. The refrigerator was either unplugged or off, so I couldn't re-freeze my ice packs or keep my drinks & fruit cold. The faucet leaked when you turned it on, and the bathroom fan didn't work. Luckily I was only staying there to sleep the one night.

Nothing Filthy inside and out. Toilet was black on the inside, shower was nasty, floor was dirty. Outside of the room was disgusting with piled up bird feces on walls, lights and walkway.

staff was great, very kind and always happy to help. the bathroom still had dirty soap bar wrappers in it. when I went to take a shower I needed to use the soap that was provided shampoo and conditioner but there wasn't any, I choose a non smoking room but it still had a smell to it. the beds felt like shelter beds making loud noises if you moved around.

We really enjoyed how friendly and professional the staff was and when there was a issue at 1am in the morning she came immediately to our room.

The hotel is dated. It needs a good renovation but otherwise, it served its purpose.
