It was just okay. It was clean. Didn’t really like that you had to pay for breakfast if you weren’t a member. Never heard of that. Seems like corporate is trying to nickel and dime. The pool area could’ve been better and the beds weren’t very comfortable.

The shower flooded onto the bathroom floor and even seeped into the bedroom. This was a handicap room and it appeared there was not proper drainage for all the water. No lip keeping the water in the shower. In fact they had one that flowed out onto the floor. Dangerous

We had dinner & breakfast in the hotel. Food was excellent & so was the service.d Rooms were clean. I had two rooms. 224 & 232. We were great in 224. No complaints. However, 232 had some undesirable tenants that fought all night. Including taking it to the hallway. We had no hot water in room 224!

Location perfect. Majority of staff helpful and kind. Room excellent 2nd night and thereafter. Bkfst ok. We had to pay but was not supposed to. Reimbursed. . Maintenance very helpful. Housekeeping great except no Housekeeping 6/28/2026 no towels added. We had enough towels to get by. Lady at front desk w blonde hair and large dark framed glasses was the most helpful. Nice friendly smile kind. Told I booked hearing accessible room. I booked disability accessible room which includes grab bars wide doors walk in shower. 1st night room w no grab bars except tub no walk in shower. Was not told there was a room available w walk in shower beginning the next day. Lady mentioned above helped when we asked if there was one available beginning 626/2026.When youve been in the car for close to 500 miles a person w mobility impairments you do not feel like being told you booked a hearing accessibleroomwhen you know what you book room. Overall stay good except for this when arriving eveningof the 25th. Thank you. I know most reviews are great but it only takes a bad momentl loke this to not think so highly of hotel.zone bad apple dont spi..

The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The stay is always calm, serene, and quiet.

Everything was great! The lady at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy, close to the front door. Did not have the breakfast but the coffee was fresh. The only thing I didn't care for was the water bottles in the room that were $2 each unless you were a priority Honors member. I think Hilton can afford two bottles of water at no charge.

The room was quiet and clean and comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly, helpful! The room was somewhat outdated and quite as comfortable as other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed in.

We had a super visit - hotel was at a perfect location to get around NWA. :)

Everything was good. The shower was a bit wonky. The faucet had exposed piping. The shower current was not long enough and the floor got wet. We mopped it up with a bath towel and then were short a towel. The air in the room didn’t seem fresh.

It was a nice clean and quiet location. The breakfast/dinner was not really explained very well. The breakfast is paid for separately unless you are a certain status member.
