SpringHill Suites Bentonville

We stayed for 4 nites and was very pleased with the staff warm friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless and kept inviting. Breakfast bar was very nice each morning. The price for each day and the total stay was reasonable. We definitely will use this facility again and recommend it to anyone.

A little out-dated but clean

It was very clean, room smelled like bleach when we walked in which indicated to me it had been cleaned. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was very helpful and nice as well as the lady who was at the front desk in the morning when we left. The bed was comfortable and it had nice pillows and the automatically had extra blankets in the room if you needed them. The room was huge with a couch and king-size bed and nice little dividing wall between them plus even a little side area with a desk! The water pressure was incredible in this hotel, I felt like I was getting a massage from a regular shower head! The breakfast was pretty good too, pretty standard as free breakfasts go. I would definitely stay here again. I brought an issue up to the lady at the desk and she took note of it and she said she would have housekeeping look at it ASAP which was our exhaust fan in the bathroom area wasn't working, that's just a maintenance thing. I do think they need to brighten the lighting at the bathroom sinks somehow, putting on my makeup was interesting to say the least but, I managed. And when it comes to the breakfast, change the sausage, what you are serving right now, has no flavorand appears to be steamed,you can do better.

Originally, the price and amenities, but the pool water was green murky. Then the toilet clogged…and we were offered a plunger to fix it ourselves. The manager at desk said he wasn’t allowed to leave the desk and no maintenance staff in weekends. What kind of a motel has no maintenance available on weekends?? Maintenance on weekends!

Everything felt new and clean. We really enjoyed they didnt have the single use bottles of soap you find everywhere else. They had big bottles conveniently attached to the shower wall. They also had a lot of art and photographs that were enjoyable to look at. Great atmosphere. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Great night of aleep

Staff was great! very small gym. Clean rooms. Tub shower combo needs an update.

Location was great for a concert at The Monument, super easy to navigate back to after the show. The hotel was clean, room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed outdoor stay!

My 2 daughters, granddaughter (2 years old) and I checked in on August 27th, and went up to the room and found bugs in a bed. So we went downstairs and reported it and I wanted to get a refund so we could go somewhere else, but the lady at the desk said we couldn't get a refund because we had already checked in. She finally said since we made the reservation through Expedia, Expedia would have to give the refund. We called Expedia and was on the phone probably 15 to 20 minutes trying to get the people to understand that we did not want to stay in a hotel much less a room that had bed bugs. If the hotel had done a good job making the bed, they would have seen them. The person my daughter spoke with from Expedia said that we would hear from them and 24 to 48 hours, but I didn't. The next week I tried to call Expedia and every phone number I tried would not give me a person to speak to. I am very frustrated!!! I finally saw a chat and talked to someone on it. She said it would be 24 to 48 hours and then I would hear from them, but again I have not heard anything. This is very frustrating and disappointing!!! I would just like my $157 back!! I don't think that's much to ask!!!

Breakfast was amazing. Never the same food the 3 days we stayed. Plus the location was right next to everything making it super easy to get to the main attractions.

Great place to stay. It was quiet, spacious, clean and priced right. The entire area including Bentonville and Rogers were easily accessible by a well lit, paved bike trail right outside the door.

Elevator maintenance when we arrived ans no 1st floor available for handicap

Leaking bath tub faucet. Towel rack in disrepair. Needs a maintenance person. Location a bit difficult to go west.
