This is a great place. It's brand new, very clean and the staff is great. It's 30 min walk to the University. Loved it. Would give more stars if I could. N/A

Clean, quiet hotel. You’ll sleep well. Didn’t get to explore the area nearby at all, but the Aiden itself is a perfect hotel option for business or leisure travelers.
-
Nice property but street noise is very disruptive to sleep.
-
The hotel is near the BRAT and a great location, plus the parking at the hotel was amazing amenity.

Berk’s hidden gem as far as hotels rate in the bay area: clean, affordable, safe, and a great welcoming staff.

More a motel than a hotel. Too expensive for the amenities

One suggestion. When making reservations, it should be advised that an additional amount will be charged for parking before paying or reserving. The parking is an additional price to the hotel room.
-
The staff were very professional and helpful. When I discovered that the coffee maker would not work, both the night=time staff and the manager assisted me. The room was impeccably clean.
