I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday. I understand that holidays can affect staffing, but guests should still receive basic housekeeping services during a multi-night stay, I have been to other hotels during the 4th of July holiday every year and have never experienced this before. Another disappointing part of the stay came when the hotel lost power during a storm. I understand that the weather was outside the hotel's control, but the complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. We were left sitting in darkness with little information about what was happening and the hallway was pitch black. What made this experience so frustrating wasn't just the inconveniences, it was the lack of communication, empathy, and concern for us throughout the stay. I left feeling extremely disappointed and Sad Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here during a holiday unless the hotel can provide the level of service that guests reasonably expect.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff and breakfast was great.

Not a fan of breakfast or the coffee , everything else was great!!
-
Good location, clean. A little weird that the person that checked me in had a mask on her chin. I later saw her outside smoking. The breakfast was awful.

The bed was very comfortable Nothing

Stayed here twice with large families. Good breakfast but on busy Saturdays, food runs out quickly and not replenished. Convenient location near mall with less traffic. Room is clean and well kept, but fixtures could be updated. Shower head was leaking.

I like that bed and pillows were soft No toothpaste in the bathroom and no trash bags in the trash cans

Clean, comfortable and quiet N/A

Great location, next to a shared use path that we used with the family, and easy access to major roadways. Great breakfast as well, all food was cooked well. Pool seemed to have been out of date and could use some updating. One of the two elevators wasn't working at the time and it didn't seem to be for the staff only, as they used the same elevator with us.

Otherwise, it was a great selection of teas, hot chocolate & coffee!
-
Good location, clean rooms, ample parking
-
I liked the trail right behind the property to walk on no

The room was large but it was somewhat dated. The mattress was not great, but everything was clean. The hotel is not convenient to much, everything was several miles away on curvy hilly roads, but the staff was very nice. I’d prefer to be more central to what I needed but it was fine for a few nights.
