Room was clean and well maintained, all staff were helpful, morning breakfast was tasty and filling. Other guests were quiet and no-drama. A very good experience.
-
The bed was the worst. I slept in a desk chair cause it was so uncomfortable. They did bring extra pillows but even those were not too comfortable. Breakfast was so-so. I did like the shower chair because I'm handicapped, so that was helpful.
-
Power was out for a few hours so not everything worked, but not fault of property.
-
Very convenient and centrally located. Quiet area

Good breakfast and staff
-
Excellent staff, nice breakfast and great place to stay for family.

This is a reliably good hotel location with pretty surroundings, a nearby walking path, and a pleasing exterior. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable bedding. The bathrooms are updated and clean. The breakfast food has variety. A good value for the cost.

All was good

Very clean, close to everything, and good breakfast! Zero complaints

While I don't live that far away, I needed somewhere a bit closer to Philly for the All Star game festivities to cut down on travel time. Great location. Close to all your Mainline towns, KoP, and Philly but secluded away (we even saw a few deer across the parking lot). The breakfast was great, lots of options, with coffee and tea available all day. Everything was clean and new. Close to a couple regional rail stops if you don't want to drive into Philly. No criticisms or complaints.

Breakfast has a good variety, which includes individual yogurts, milk, etc.; it is one of the few places that also offers real half and half for coffee. The rooms are clean and well supplied with toiletries, and location is perfect for both walking on a runner's walking path nearby, and the exits to main roads are easily accessible. No complaints.

Room was clean. The toilet paper holder was loose and there was little to no conditioner in the shower. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Overall a great stay.

I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday. I understand that holidays can affect staffing, but guests should still receive basic housekeeping services during a multi-night stay, I have been to other hotels during the 4th of July holiday every year and have never experienced this before. Another disappointing part of the stay came when the hotel lost power during a storm. I understand that the weather was outside the hotel's control, but the complete lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. We were left sitting in darkness with little information about what was happening and the hallway was pitch black. What made this experience so frustrating wasn't just the inconveniences, it was the lack of communication, empathy, and concern for us throughout the stay. I left feeling extremely disappointed and Sad Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here during a holiday unless the hotel can provide the level of service that guests reasonably expect.
