Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

We had an outstanding stay! Everything was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. We’ll be staying here next time we’re in Philly!

This hotel was so convenient and the staff was very welcoming. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night!

it was too loud. even at 5 am i could hear a people talking around. sound of AC was helariouse, wasnt able to sleep.

2 rooms booked and we were put side by side, which most appreciate. Staff friendly and always had a smile.

Embassy Suites fell off my "usual" hotel list but I'm not sure why! This was a great one - and the suite allowed us all a bit of space after a long day of travel & touring. Breakfast was great - who does made-to-order omelettes on a free breakfast buffet! Great selection, great location, easy parking.

Lucy Carter at front desk was marvelous. Other were somewhat friendly at best except morning breakfast chef who was busy and very efficient and breakfast (esp. omelets) was good. We were not informed the pool would be closed and this was very unfortunate and disconcerting. More “security” during stays by tournament visitors. Many loud children running the halls and yelling. Parking was plentiful. Needs an outdoor area to enjoy an evening beverage outside of one’s room to enjoy beautiful July summer evening air/weather. Bar staff was pleasant.

They only have 6 carts for luggage for the whole hotel . Waited over an hour for a cart to load stuff

All of Hilton had a system outage the day we checked in so that all room assignments were being done by hand. The first two rooms we were assigned were occupied!! The third room was checked by a staff member- occupied. Fourth room was unoccupied- hurray. But they did not have the room we reserved, so only one bedroom for three adults. The staff actually handled the situation ok and I would have let it go. But then the room we were assigned had ants. Including in the bed. Would avoid this hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Everything was disgusting. Nothing was refilled. There weren’t any milk products at all for the coffee in our room. There was a razor and soap left in the shower. Absolutely not Hilton standards.

Embassy suites Wayne, PA is consistently wonderful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I love their mattresses! Best nights sleep. Breakfast is always delicious! This particular location sets the bar by which every other Embassy Suites is compared. Staff members are at the top of the hospitality hierarchy. It’s our little getaway from home— a gem!
