The front desk staff was wonderful and the hotel was in a great location. The only issue was with housekeeping. They did not clean the room very well and we always had to ask for additional toilet paper.

Room was clean, staff was very helpfull, right on the beach, greatview. Buffet breakfast not very good.

Great place. Stayed here a few times. Not sure why we always get a side room instead of an ocean front room Parking is tight. A little pricy

Beautiful hotel!

2 blocks from "downtown" Bethany Beach, and right on the boardwalk. The beach, along with many shops and restaurants, are all an easy walk. Nice rooftop pool, and a good breakfast spread.

Ocean front suite gave us the perfect view! The breakfasts were great. We are seriously coming back next year.

Location was excellent, and hotel room overall very nice. But housekeeping was just average. We always had to ask front desk (who did accommodate) for clean towels, tissue, toilet paper and hand soap replenishment during our stay.

The suite was quite large and makes great use of the space. The half wall between the living area and the beds made it almost seem like a small apartment. While the bathroom overall was great, it has a couple of quirks that detract from it. Because there is a full-length mirror on the inside of the bathroom door, the only place to hang a towel is the single hook right at the shower curtain rod. That's fine while you are using the shower, but to actually hang the towels when not in use, you have to use hooks outside of the bathroom. That's odd and inconvenient. The sink stopper was not attached to the pull up mechanism so shaving meant turning water on and off. The beds were OK. Not too hard or soft, but they had noticeable troughs in the middle. The balcony wrapped around the corner so we could catch a glimpse of the ocean and get a great view of the very attractive town. There was clear breakfast under-staffing on Thursday, to the point that there were no cups, and new ones came out two at a time. The limited staff didn't understand what to prioritize and spent time refilling items which were still half full while empty items lingered. It was much better on Friday, and having both regular and cheesy scrambled eggs was nice, but this breakfast was nothing like the usual Residence Inn. The location right on the boardwalk could not be better, and the hotel is overall really attractive. Yes, it's Bethany, not Ocean City, but this hotel really is overpriced.

The staff there were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent and the food was replenished regularly. Our only complaint was the mattress. Both my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping.

The hotel was very nice, standard Residence Inn amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location couldn’t be beat - right on the beach, walkout to a Boardwalk. Restaurants and shops right there, you didn’t even have to leave the area.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and nice and Ocean 99 had great food and service A few minor changes would make this place exceptional. 1. Bed Linens are stained and towels have been laundered past their life-sandpaper quality it time to replace. 2. It’s 2026 time to provide inspire charging for electric vehicles 3. Sleeper sofa mattress are paper thin and every spring can be felt 4. Breakfast needs fresh fruit and non-processed food options

The hotel location is very convenient. Some parts of the hotel look like they could use some maintenance: the pool and bathrooms throughout the hotel. We would stay again however, if guests are paying for parking it would be helpful to have EV charging available.
