The hotel location is very convenient. Some parts of the hotel look like they could use some maintenance: the pool and bathrooms throughout the hotel. We would stay again however, if guests are paying for parking it would be helpful to have EV charging available.

Location, nice sized room. Cleaning should be daily specially for guests with toddlers. Beach umbrella service lacks a bit of customer orientation and flexibility of time.

This hotel is TERRIBLE ! I had a CONFIRMED reservation and they waited until 11:00 the morning of our arrival to tell me that they did not have a room for me. They tried to move us to another hotel in Rehobeth Beach 30-40 minutes away that was NOT on the beach because THEY had overbooked their rooms ! I have stayed at this Residence Inn for years and have never had an issue. I actually travel all around the world and have NEVER had a property tell me, even with a confirmation, that they were sorry, but no rooms are available. Oh, and by the way, they had already charged me for the 2 night stay !!! THIS IS JUST AWFUL !!!

The rooms were updated and clean. It’s at a wonderful location in Bethany Beach. My family would’ve enjoyed more of an outdoor pool, not sure an area that sits outside on a good day.

I think I’ve ever been to a place that felt so safe, so family friendly, and just beautiful! The hotel itself was a vacation. The upper level gym was nice for a quick workout and the pool was a nice break from the sand and salt. Also very nice that we could walk to the beach and be there in less than three minutes. Way too expensive

Good breakfast, staff was nice. Our first room: cabinets were dirty-like someone dropped a soda bottle and it splashed everywhere, curtains had stains on them, towels had stains on them. All the plates and cutlery needed re-washed before using. The dishwasher didn’t work. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Our second room (because we had to switch) the fitted sheet on the bed had a lot of hair stuck to it, so I had to use the extra fitted sheet from the closet. It was sooooo expensive. Pet’s are allowed.

Being in the beach A lot of the furniture in the lobby and our room needs to be cleaned or replaced -Many stains! Our outlets in side table didn’t charge phones! No daily room clean The flys near the breakfast is a bad turn off
