Everything was perfect about this hotel! It was so clean, and we really enjoyed the free chocolate chip cookies and 2 adult beverages upon our arrival. Such a nice touch! We will definitely stay here again!

Very good

The free extra adult drinks. It’s the only place I get to have Orange Crush. The location is convenient, friendly staff, not crowded The bedskirt and carpet were heavily stained. There was a trail of brown stain as if a dog had diarrhea on its track. The room smelled too.

The staff was amazing

I would also suggest that they affiliate with a different restaurant then their current choice. It was closed 2 out of the 3 nights I was there (Mon. through Wed.).

there were fruit flies in the room from the beginning. the shower curtain was dirty. the tub was slippery and whatever grips that were there were peeling. they charged a resort fee during a noreaster! and a parking fee to park in their lot while staying there.

I canceled it at least 10 days ago but you still charged me, how would you rate it?

Good location. Very friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable.

Called day before arrival and asked for an early check in. Was told to call back day of. Which I did. Only needed a hour or two. Which they did. That was helpful because I had my 1 year old granddaughter. Was greeted warmly by staff. Property was very clean. Helpful in recommending places for dinner. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff were accommodating & friendly. Room was clean , breakfast was good.

The first room we were put in had lots of hair all over the floor. As in someone emptied their brush and placed it on the floor. There was also a finger nail on the nightstand. We got moved to a second room after complaining. The second room also had lots of hair in the bathroom. I felt gross staying here and will not return.

Janis at the front desk was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was modern and clean, and the room was very nice. We had a great experience and will definitely be back,

Included in the stay were vouchers for mini golf and a botanical garden; however, we weren’t able to take advantage due to the weather. We’ll consider staying here again in the future, so hopefully next time! My only complaint was with parking. The front desk indicated that off-season parking (after Sept. 15th, I believe) was $10/day as opposed to $25/day. But my card shows I was charged $80 for our stay from the 22nd to the 24th. If the $10 is outdated, this should be updated to avoid any misunderstandings—though, I think that’s an appropriate price considering parking elsewhere is free during off-season. Or if there were any additional fees, I wasn’t aware of this. We didn’t see the original person who checked us in, so I didn’t feel like bringing this up despite how significant of a difference that was. Overall, pleasant experience barring the weather—which, of course, isn’t the hotel’s fault! End of September is hard to predict, after all!!
