Friendly staff, well maintained & clean rooms.

We had a short stay but everything felt upscale and welcoming. Staff was helpful and respectful.

Amazing! From check in to check out the staff was friendly, offered a few little extras like drinks for myself, husband, and child. The breakfast buffet was top notch, room was nice and spacious and cold in this record heat. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Natty at the front desk was very kind and helpful!

Good location for night before visiting National State Fair. Room nice but TV did not work. Too late to change rooms and no staff on hand to alleviate the problem.

We checked into a room that had not been thoroughly cleaned therefore we had to be moved. The pool area, both indoors and outdoors looked very murky with far too many people in the pool for the size of the pool itself. The gym was in good shape and had everything one might need. The building seemed like it was built with good construction. The doors were solid wood. They were French doors in the Suites. The shower was great, good water flow. The breakfast options were unlimited. Lots of great choices! My major complaint was this: The smoking area unfortunately was outside in the garden patio where people ate. I would suggest moving a smoking area to another part of the building outdoors, away from the lovely outdoor patio. There were stand-up ashtrays at either end of the patio.It was very hard eating breakfast outside when smoke was waving our way. We were there for the Fourth of July, so it was incredibly busy.

I enjoyed the location relative to the metro. The free breakfast buffet and free happy hour were great perks. My daughter enjoyed the pool. I felt that the room was very small for 4 people. The bathroom gave little privacy due to the design of the room. The pocket door did not lock.

The hotel is amazing room, first class service and the breakfast is world class. If I come to Washington DC, I will definitely stay here for my trips.

breakfast was nice as well as the bar. hotel did have some fruit flies flying around once i entered my room which made it a bit uncomfortable

Nice friendly and helpful staff

Room price was great! Our room was huge with a separate living area and bedroom. I booked before noticing we had to pay for parking BUT there were many extras. They included a free breakfast buffet and happy hour each evening with 2 free drinks each. ( And happy hour also had snacks ) These added up to far more of a value despite the parking fee. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area again!
