The happy hour and the breakfast were all nice. I enjoyed them. I did wish the happy hour snack was as good as the Knoxville Embassy Suites, though, which had hot cooked snacks. Nonetheless everything else was excellent. We stayed in Room 1020, and it was very nice, except the thermostat did not work. Fortunately for us, the temperature was comfortable without the use of the HVAC. I do think it needs service, however, for future guests.

Beautiful hotel. I'd visit again if I could. It was perfect for my family. The room service cleans our room daily. The breakfast is great and the kitchen staff are good. The happy hour is a plus. My children said they love the bed, the shower, the soap smells amazing etc. 😆

Great location to The Music Center at Strathmore. Clean but a little outdated. All the staff we encountered had a smile and a hello. Answered our questions nicely too. Love the drink credit during happy hour and the breakfast was delicious, including the MTO omelet! First time at an Embassy but not the last!

Beautiful building, nice and clean I love the architecture..and the patio we had to the room and the parking garage for privacy. The dog people dogs were pissing and shilling in the elevator. And bring dogs in the eating area while breakfast is being served. No one washed hands Sanitizer stations need to be present at earth entry and exit and especially in dining and drinking area’s.
