Just messaging was not on point

Nice and clean large room with 2 queen size beds.

The unit in our room was extremely loud. And there was no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy. The bed and the pillows were comfortable.

Staff

The highway noise was persistent and felt like the window was open. Not good, especially in the morning.

Great service

Overall well-cared for by the staff during our visit. Some trash left in the room by prior stay.

The woman was screaming before she even came into the hotel. She should’ve never been allowed to proceed to her room. It was a nightmare. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were old and did not stay on mattress. I reserve two rooms for four people. my husband and I had our grandson in the room with us; and they did not have any sheets for his pullout bed nor a pillow or extra towels for him to take a shower. I was just really disappointed that Marriott did not prepare the room as requested. I booked the room that there would be three in a room The lights from the parking lot were blaring into our room all night. I did not find the room darkening shades till the next morning. They were tucked back so far I did not see them. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, but really couldn’t offer much besides sorry!! Sorry you just paid almost $300 a night for a room and couldn’t sleep. I thought Marriott was better than this.

The staff was mediocre… only one person was professional and helpful. Nobody could tell me why Marriott kept putting hundreds of dollars on hold on my debit card … At one point I had over $800.00 tied up in pending authorization and my bill was only $469.00

Change nothing

Overall I was happy with my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Cleanliness is the most important aspect for me - this was a 5/5. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear talking in the room next to us and everything in the hallway - even footsteps. I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet - $17 per person for some sausage, what tasted like boxed eggs and hard french toast is ridiculous. I would definitely stay here again, just have breakfast elsewhere.

Hot tub enjoyable and breakfast host very very nice.

The breakfast was not what we expected. Cold eggs and cold french toast. Would not recommend this hotel.

Bed is very comfortable

The room looked just like the picture. Very clean with a very comfortable bed!
