Courtyard by Marriott Bethlehem Lehigh Valley/I-78

I do truly enjoy how clean this hotel always is. It is my go to typically in this area. Unfortunately, one issue really impacted our stay. In the middle of the night, there was a loud argument/fight happening in the room next to us that continued from roughly 1:00 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. We called the front desk twice to report the situation. I even saw someone come upstairs after the first call, but nothing appeared to be addressed, and the noise continued. It was very frustrating to be kept awake for that long, especially after bringing the issue to the hotel’s attention more than once. Overall, this definitely put a damper on what otherwise could have been a pleasant stay. I would hope that in the future, situations like this would be handled more promptly to ensure guests can enjoy a quiet and comfortable night.

Clean room. Beds are very comfortable and pillows are great. Staff is always helpful at check in. Food is tasty.

I only had my debt card & when it was put through, my bank froze it, thinking it could be a fraudulent charge! Had to wait for my husband to arrive to put on his charge card. Upon walking to our room, it became apparent that every room in the section, with the exception of ours and one other, were being gutted & refitted. The construction noise did nothing to enhance the ambiance! On to bedtime. . . the mattress had as much support as a leaking waterbed & the pillows were equally flat, usable only by folding in half to give them some umpfh! This was our first experience with Marriott and will likely be our last. It's back to Hilton's Hampton Inns for future stays.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good The property could use more detail towards cleaning. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, and the linoleum area just in front of the front door, continuing into the hallway. Additionally, there were random pieces of paper products in the hallway. A disappointment for a Marriott property.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bethlehem/Lehigh Valley area!

Location was great, bathrooms in guest rooms were clean, and lobby area was very attractive.

I don’t think this was right

It is very rare for me to give < 5 star review as I know how difficult it is to run a business but your property is a hotel and one of the reasons people stay at a hotel is to relax/sleep in. Evidently, there was some level of construction going on so the "banging" started at like 8 AM.

Very clean and nice hotel but the night check-in guy, Tom, did not say hello, did not ask how we were, did not tell us when breakfast was, did not direct us to the elevators, and did not wish us a good stay. He basically took my credit card and that was it. So unfriendly and unprofessional. The morning staff, Danny, was much more helpful and polite.

I like the location I didn't like the fact that Danny ignores us at the front desk. We were there in front of him to check in,he just turned open his office door without saying a word. Until someone came out and told him you have someone waiting for you. He saw us at the first place and just walk off. DANNY needs costumer service training and I took it as a racist move. Also they are doing renovation, at some time you listen big noise from other rooms they are repairing.

The place was under destruction. Arriving on our floor by elevator you needed a hard hat for all the construction. Could hardly fit down the hallway for all the materials in the way. Awoken a five a.m. the first night with tractor trailer backing up under our window to deliver food to hotel. Second night 5:30 a.m. trash truck flipping trash bins right below us. The highway is so close you could hear the 18 wheelers barreling down the highway. I don’t think the heater worked at all. Froze all night. Did not call the desk they wouldn’t be able to help with the whole floor torn up with construction. Second day they took the breakfast buffet away at 8:30 am. Deskman just shook his head. Never stay there again.
