the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and spacious

I did not intend on going to a hotel at the last minute on July 4th but due to storms and a power outage that lasted almost 2 days I’m so glad I decided to stay at the Fairfield Inn in Easton. The front desk staff were very accommodating and I immediately felt so welcomed and appreciated. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Special thanks to the maid who helped me out with fresh towels Saturday night. Fairfield Inns will be my first choice hotel going forward!

Great property

Our room was clean, as was the whole hotel. The staff was friendly. Overall excellent.

We had a very weird situation. We checked in on Friday. I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. I called down to the desk and they just said sign into public I did and I was connected to the Internet. The next day we left went down, had breakfast and. went to the conference we were attending. When we came home that night we could not get into the room. When we went down to the front desk, they couldn’t find my reservation and kept claiming that the room was listed in the register as unoccupied. they weren’t able to resolve it, but to their credit, the person at the desk came up and let us into the room where she could clearly see our luggage was. They never did solve the problem. Was it Expedia’s fault? Was the problem caused by the person checking us into the hotel where when we checked in no room was available designated as clean but a few few minutes later was able to place us in a room that was clean? We may never know. I only have praise hotel for the whole staff however, who, in spite of the confusion remained polite and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Eggs were a bit too salty.

This is by far the best hotel experience I have had in years.....The front desk attendant was delightful, the rooms were super clean, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful! I only wish all hotels will be as nice......

In addition the included breakfast was delicious as was the coffee that was available 24/7. N/A
