WoodSpring Suites Allentown Bethlehem

This is an extended stay place and very affordable. Bare bones and not luxury, but we really just needed a bed for the night. It was not super clean or well maintained, and they have some colorful guests, but for $100 a night that’s what I expect. I did not see any bugs (I don’t do bugs). Water pressure was lousy, but we had clean towels and soap. Beds have cheap microfiber or some other kind of fabric instead of cotton and there was a mystery spill on the floor next to the bed. But we slept and it worked for what we needed which was to escape camping in the rain. It’s VERY close to lots of restaurants, shopping and Walmart which is a plus.

Cable It was dirty. Suite had no dishes or silverware. No breakfast. Toilet didn’t flush Towels were dirty. Loud and floor moved as we walked. Had to take out own trash or be charged extra.

Location & price. We booked a room online. Our confirmation showed 2 beds & this was shown to the front desk. We were staying here for a youth basketball tournament. Upon check in we get to the room & it’s literally one bed with no pull out or any other bed option. We went back to the front desk. They said they were sold out & offered/processed refund. We did not stay here.

WiFi is also just blah and laggy even if you “upgrade”. Best part of this hotel was location. And the laundry room. Other than that. Please avoid. For context. I travel extensively and this is the first time in 8 years and 45 states I’ve felt I should leave a review. 0 stars. Uninstall

I found the location and listed price to be appealing. There's a big "ick" factor with this hotel. There's no one in the lobby so you have to call on a phone. Then, the person is behind solid plastic, which infers that the place is not safe. The room looked okay, but then I found crumbs on the floor in multiple places and there was an unfamiliar hair on my pillow case! Ew!! The floor was not even. The sheets were polyester and the blanket was paper thin. I was surrounded by the sounds of screaming children and barking dogs and yelling people and loud TVs, that even ear plugs didn't block. When I got to my eventual destination, I felt the need to shower. Next time, I'll happily pay double for a clean, safe-feeling hotel.

It is good for a quick stop. I don't recommend it for a long stay. The hotel is one mile off the beaten path from the main road. If you don't have a vehicle, it is not walkable. The property is a little smelly. It is ok for one night or two, but not any longer.

The location was great The room was not clean there was hair in the bathroom the fridge was not clean there were stains on the bed my key kept getting deactivated.

Horrible experience. Was denied check-in because I complained about a misleading fee on their website. After paying the fee, I was told that I was not welcome to stay there. Was told I was going to be escorted away by police. Was a difficult process to get a refund from Hotels.com, even though it was not my fault that I was denied the accommodation. By far the worst experience I have ever had in the hospitality industry.
