Rooms need updating on bottom floor.

Suiet ws relly nice with the fireplace.

The staff was helpful, the breakfast was nice, the room was good. The only negative is the pet-friendly room had a bed with a gap between the mattress/ box spring/ bed frame and the floor, and our skittish cat hid under the bed. It was difficult to get her out when it was time to check out!

We were welcomed by very friendly and professional staff. Hotel is perfectly situated and easy to find - the hotel is clean, well maintained and staff were very friendly. The only down side is the pool didn't appear to be heated. We were looking forward to spending some time in it and it was freezing

The staff was wonderful - Taji was especially excellent and helped us with everything we needed during our one night stay. The location was perfect for where we were traveling to and another staff member also gave a restaurant recommendation sheet and told us her favorite of the mentioned ones. The chair at the desk was dirty and we did not feel comfortable sitting on it. The breakfast was okay, we’ve had better from Hampton Inns, but it was edible.

The shower head could not be adjusted which resulted in pounding shower. Also coffee in the evening of 9/25 was cold. Breakfast was great!

Great place to stay, easy, convenient well run hotel. Very nice staff.

My husband and I being very tired from long flights were very happy with the quick and very friendly check-in. We had no issues whatsoever. The continental breakfast was good. The place was very clean. Everybody was very helpful. A very nice place to stay.

It’s a great location. It was quiet. The desk staff, all of them, are friendly and attentive. The room was clean. To my surprise the filly equipped kitchen …if we wanted dishes and utensils, a stove top, and a pot to cook in we needed to ask. Other similar suite properties have all of that and stock a kitchen with everything you need to make meals. The carpet and sofa were well used and perhaps an update is needed.

Professional staff and updated rooms coupled with a central location and clever amenities - including a grand piano in the lobby for me to play - made this our new go-to when in the Bethlehem area

The room smelled so much like wet dog. It was borderline unbearable. We complained and nothing was done. They did not offer us another room or anything. They gave us a little Febreze, not enough to even spray because it was empty so we went and bought our own. The pool was very cold as well. Other than that the staff was nice. The breakfast was great and the price was as well. If I could recommend anything build hotels with windows that open so you can air out these rooms because the carpets felt wet. Or even better get rid of carpet in the rooms altogether. Rooms that have had pets in them should not be used for regular guests. I am very allergic to dogs and cats so that significantly affected my stay.

I came and stayed here for the weekend on a business trip. The location was great and the room was clean.

This centrally located budget-friendly property is managed and staff by people who clearly love their jobs. The courtyard area was ideal for taking in the great weather and everything you need (including a Yamaha Grand Piano) was just where it needed to be
