We stayed overnight after a flight, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean but the iron was broken in the room, the breakfast was good. Check out was easy.

The shower drain was too slow and spilled out on the bathroom floor. Other than that it was a fine room

Taj and JJ were absolutely amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Check in and checkout were seamless. Forgot my hand fan when I checked out and Taj ran back to the room personally to check if it was there. I’ve been to a lot of Hamptons and this was by far the best. The breakfast was delicious and prepared with love. The woman handling things has been proudly feeding this locations guests for 30 years now and her care and passion can be seen throughout the breakfast area. Lovely layout and piano makes the lobby feel grand. Lastly, the suite was great. Very convenient and perfect for me, my mom and two sons. Will be returning.

Had a pitstop on my way home and this hotel was much nicer than I anticipated. The front desk was top notch. So helpful and polite. For the price, definitely worth the stay. If/when I head to the Bethlehem area of PA, I know where I will be staying.

it is so quite here and the room layout seems like you are in a one bedroom apt. the lady that checked us in was so kind and you could could see in her face that she was proud to work ther.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns. We have noticed that the quality recently has gine down, unfortunately. At this particular Hampton Inn, we were surprised that the toilet paper was rationed, that the carpet and floor in the room was sticky and that the beds were made by only pulling the covers up and placing the pillows. The housekeeping staff is instructed not to pull the sheets up. This is the usual every other day housekeeping service. If you want more, you have to request a full service. The sticker on the bathroom mirror states that the usual housekeeping is emptying trash, replacing towels, and "making the bed". The refrigerator in one room stayed on a freezing level. It took a while for the attempted repair and finally replacement. The other room had a refrigerator that never got very cold. We had requested quiet rooms and while we know there's no guarantee, we were surprised that one room had an adjoining door to another room not related to our party and the other room of ours was behind the elevator and next to the ice machine. (There are no vending machines). We were offered noise canceling earbuds or a suite to move to for an extra $300. We put up with the noise. The Continental breakfast was very small and difficult to get around in. I have been a Hilton rewards member for a while. This was disappointing.

EVERY STAFF WE CAME ACTOSS WERE COURTEOUS. MY FAMILY AND I CHECKED IN JULY 17TH ABOUT 7PM. THE TWO GENTLEMEN AT THE FRONT DESK WERE PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL AND ACCOMODATED EVERY REQUEST I MADE. THANK YOU.
