Terrible front desk and cleaning services

Comfortable bed Checked back in after checking out trash and coffee in microwave still left from the time before .the lights went out due to fuse box popping from using the mircowave on one side of room no tv no bathroom lights

It was ok. This isn’t luxury, and apparently there are smoking rooms? So there is a vague stale smoke smell in the hallways. Our room didn’t have a smoke smell. It was fine for our one night stay. Staff was ok

Stayed there for 1 night due to an early morning flight at ABE. Before my mother & I even entered the lobby door from the parking lot, the smell of marijuana was noticeable. After getting off the elevator at the 3rd floor, we were met with extremely loud music coming from a room w/an open door & two men standing outside in a poorly lit hallway. Feeling not so safe, we entered our room & immediately locked the door. There were no plastic cups in the bathroom, there were gum wrappers on the windowsill, the floors didn't feel swept & the strong smell of not only marijuana but cigarettes continued through the night. Then at 2:45 am one of the neighboring rooms decided to turn on their TV full blast for about a 1/2 hour. Thankfully we had to be at the airport by 5 am because we couldn't wait to get out of there!

Nothing we arrived and the hotel was under major renovations. The staff was rude and un attentive and we did NOT stay. We wanted to cancel the reservation and get a refund and said we could NOT and had to go through Booking.com. I called them ( you) and got an AI person to cancel. Based on false advertisement and not advising the major construction our room fee should be refunded in full. I also traveled with 2 small dogs and felt unsafe for them. All of it

Disgusting dirty and smelled like smoke ! Staff was horrible and unprofessional and it’s used as a shelter if you traveling here ding book I left didn’t stay !

In the morning it looked like someone got sick outside the main door and wasn’t cleaned up.
