Extended Stay America Suites Allentown Bethlehem

Did not have my room (over sold) on my arrival. Took me over an hour to find another hotel as musical festival in town! Could not use their wifi while i tried to find another hotel althou i was allowed to sit in their lobby. No guest bathroom (all bathrooms are in guest rooms).

Parking was easy and secure. It is a no frills hotel that I had to ask for soap for the bathroom which they kindly gave me. It was fine for our one night stay. The hallway floor and elevator needed a good cleaning. The staff were very kind and helpful

DO NOT STAY HERE! I cannot stress how unbelievably terrible this hotel was. I had never stayed here before but after reading the reviews, it seemed decent and close to where we going. First, we checked in and the staff was aloof and not very friendly, but whatever, we just wanted to settle in. We get into the room and it seemed ok at first...that was until I had to use the bathroom. There was a used wet wash cloth hanging from the shower rod (eww). Then I go to wash my hands to find no soap whatsoever. I look around the bathroom, then every cabinet and drawer to see if soap of any kind was misplaced somewhere to no avail. On top of that, no wash cloths except for the dirty one left in the room. We go to the front desk to let them know and were told that they don't do shampoo (and never have apparently) and they were completely out of soap and wouldn't be getting any in until Tuesday...it was Friday! How can you go that long without soap for your guests and not even warn them during check-in? We had to go and get our own soap!! All of this culminating to towels that smelled so disgusting, it was reminiscent to the smell of raw pork...yep, you read that right. All of these were just the highlights among a mountain of other issues. Even though we have other hotels that we regularly stay at, we decided to try this place because...why not? I would say, you get what you paid for but we paid a decent price for it and were expecting a decent stay...boy was I wrong. NEVER AGAIN!

I liked nothing about it....the room was disgusting and dirty...place smelled like pot...alcohol bottles all over outside and it made it difficult to walk the dog....parties both nights in the parking lot....found pregnancy test on hallway floor...would never recommend this place at all.

Everything was fine except for the price. I paid. I shouldn't have to your socks on the floor because it was so dirty. I accidentally spilled water and when I went to clean it the dirt I got on the towel was disgusting. So, there wasn't really much that I did like accept the coffee in the morning

Checked back in after checking out trash and coffee in microwave still left from the time before .the lights went out due to fuse box popping from using the mircowave on one side of room no tv no bathroom lights

It was ok. This isn’t luxury, and apparently there are smoking rooms? So there is a vague stale smoke smell in the hallways. Our room didn’t have a smoke smell. It was fine for our one night stay. Staff was ok

Love that the room we had was pet friendly and not carpeted! Everyone was so nice and friendly!
