Comfort Inn & Suites Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Airport

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Room door lock wasn't working. They changed my room immediately. Wasn't happy about the pool being out of service.

I appreciate the staff from the time I arrived they were kind caring and professional , I was very impressed with the way they treated me and my family , the breakfast was great , I will be staying there again .

Nice hotel ..the only down side is the charge for service dogs ..next door hotel best wester is free

Pool was not working. Wash Sink was almost clogged. Bath tub water was not exiting properly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room were very clean.

There was miner issue but the stay was okay

I previously stayed here in a room on the first floor. That room was reasonably clean and its location was away from the noise of the airport and nearby highway. This time I was given a room on the third floor. As soon as I stepped off the elevator, there was a smell of what I think was cigarette smoke or something else stale and dirty. The same smell was in the room. I should have requested to change rooms, but it was a short stay and I didn't feel like going through the trouble. The smell in the hallway and room would be helped if they would clean the carpets. I wore white socks walking around the room, and they were filthy black on the bottom! Also, be aware that for stays less than 5 days they do not service/clean the rooms on a daily basis. The best things I can say after this stay are that the staff are very nice/helpful and the location is very convenient to the airport.

I have booked multiple rooms with dates constantly changing for my company and our crews coming and going at different time , they always went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with any issues came up for me! ONLY time we'll have to use a different hotel in this area, will Only be if this hotel is fully booked!

We liked the location and the water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and times, the bed was too firm, the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. We also chose a room with a balcony which we did not receive. When we checked in, the manager was discussing with someone that one of the two rooms we reserved was not blocked. They told us our room was not ready at 4 pm and we would have to wait a bit for them to prepare it. They found a room for us further from the other room we also had reserved for my Son and his girlfriend. Just not with the balcony. The furniture was a bit warped, clearly from some water damage likely from the fridge in our room. The fridge in my Sons room could not close and they did replace the fridge when we reported it.

There were bugs on the window shades. Guests were smoking and vaping

Overall very nice clean property. Dog fee is high for a comfort Inn
