Red Roof Inn Allentown Airport

This property is horribly maintained, and the cleanses is horrific. The staff act like they don’t know anything and is run by an Indian family. Everything is dingy. The bathroom wasn’t clean. There’s mold in the bathroom ceiling. The tub has brown spots. A complete nightmare hotel from hell.

Nothing about it was good. I get a room that was full of rust in the bath, the toilet wouldn't flush, plugs wouldn't work. Never again

Location The sink did not work and the smell was disgusting

Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Throughout the room, we found numerous issues, including: Heavy dust accumulation on fixtures above the bed. Visible debris inside the air conditioner vent. Dark staining and discoloration on the walls and ceiling. Cracked ceiling areas and poorly patched walls. Peeling paint on walls, light switches, and electrical outlet covers. A stained and worn bathtub. A toilet with missing hardware covers. A rusted fire sprinkler head. A strong urine odor in the bathroom. The room also lacked the microwave and mini refrigerator shown in the Expedia listing, making the accommodations different from what was represented when we booked. I have attached photographs documenting each of these conditions. The room we received did not resemble the clean, well-maintained accommodations shown in the Expedia listing. Instead, it reflected a pattern of poor housekeeping and deferred maintenance that fell far below the standards we expected from the Red Roof brand.

What breakfast? The room was old and dirty. The property is also old and not well maintained.

Close to airport Needs a lot of updating. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers. No tissues, one trash bag very limited TV channels. paid online when I booked with Booking.com front desk tried to get me to pay cash and would give me a discount, sounds fishy to me.

This is the first time this has happened to me. The place was really dirty; I didn't even want to bathe because it was so dirty. We didn't like anything; we had to leave very early.

Dirty rooms - fridge tore out - walls peeling and bugs on floor dead

The aspect outside the structure and inside the structure need care paint and remodeling a paint inside For person don’t smoke Viper Cigarettes or mariguana. The picture in promotion not the same.

The shower was filthy so was the floor!!!!! They gave no blankets only 2 sheets, the AC made funky noises all night!! And they haven’t given back the $100 accidental fee yet!!

I will sleep on a sheet in the woods on top of animal droppings before I ever in my life sleep at a place like this. I have traveled the country several times over and not once left a bad review. There is literally blood stains spattered on the wall in this hotel room. The bed was soiled and had yellow stains on the sheets. The bathroom looked like it was used in a horror movie scene. I have lots of pictures. I want my money back because I slept in my truck. I even got another room that was worse than the first room. Someone ripped the fridge out of the wall and the microwave was missing. They had an old peice of food in place of the fridge.

The room had mold on the walls, the door, the bathtub and sink.

This property. Was really conveniently located. Using cash app as payment made the value of this room remarkable. Is more business than family oriented. But a great value! Thank you.

Front desk staff were friendly. The room was not perfect and could use some updates but, it was clean and pet friendly!

The young lady at the reception was nice but the place is very dirty.. I don't even believe the bed sheets were changed !!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE especially if you have kids it’s not clean at all the laundry room is inoperable the machines dont work there wore roaches and mice stains on bed lines and towels rust phones dont work in case you need call front desk very shady place
