No hay luz no hay nada en ese hotel no sirve

We arrived at the hotel pretty late cuz we had a minor car trouble and had to replace a caliper on the roadside if it hadn't been for that we would have never stayed room was atrocious stains on the wall hole in the wall filled in with toilet paper bathroom shower curtain had mold on it staying in the bathtub stains on the walls stains on the ceilings as we noticed the next morning how awful the room was with the mini fridge being taped to hold everything in the bed sham ripped half into etc.and the management only refunded for the day that we were not going to stay should have refunded the whole damn thing I was not suggest anyone trying to spend the night at this place

Had to keep all the lights on to keep roaches from coming out. No service for towels, trash and shampoo. Checked out a day early, still cost me full price.

2. The first night there we slept in a room with no ac it was horrible I was so tired tho I woke up and had our room changed right away. 3. No pool towels. This is where they try to get you. Be careful. So they tell you they have pool towels by the pool but the other guy will say no they don’t. So they didn’t actually have them. Needless to say we had to use our room towels which they only gave us 2 in a room for 3. I asked for an extra for my third person and wound up being charged 20. Then when I checked out they tried to charge me again saying the towels were dirty and had to be specially treated or something but the towels were dirty because we used them for everything except showers smh. 4. They take forever to send refunds for the initial deposit. 5. This is basically a housing unit for homeless. I don’t judge nor do I care but there were ppl literally packed and sleeping in their car for my whole trip of 5 days. 6. Staff just are not in sync or working together to get things done efficiently.

Room smelled awful, wires were exposed all over the room, cable wasn't hooked up so we couldn't watch tv, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We definitely got what we paid for.

It had a swimming pool There were roaches and got bit a bed bug, not to mention I got accused of stealing a blanket and the person at the desk wasn’t going to release my deposit. They made me go to the room with them to look for the blanket and made me stay an hour extra just so he could verify with house keeping a blanket was missing. Then told me to leave that he will release my deposit in which my deposit hasn’t been released

It was a cheap one night stay for a basketball tournament and the grounds and rooms were clean. The staff was nice and helpful. It was a bit older, but they looked as if they had recently upgraded the rooms. The worst part was that the pool was not open.

This place needs some major upgrades, new cleaners. I mean, they're just ridiculous and their prices are out of control. They don't value your stay. I was there for almost a month. The whole state there was just totally a mistake.It will never happen again.I have hotel , everyone do not go there

Nothing Smelled terrible, first room they offered had so many roaches I was worried. Send wasn’t much better

Nothing The motel was disgusting. Bathroom door didn't close or lock, The mirror in bathroom was broken, and best of all there was a used condom on the stair case. Didn't even stay the night.

Worst stay ever

Nothing The refrigerator was dirty, there were burn holes in the blankets, the lights flickered constantly when they were on, the tv remote only worked when it wanted to and we had to go to the desk at 11pm to get the key card to work. Even after they said it was fixed, we went back to the room and it still took several tries to get in the room.

My stays in the hotel was Okey, air conditioning is good and room is clean.

I book r this room not knowing that the property had banned me for something at a previous stay. But they still took the $160 for 2 days. January 22nd and January 23 2025 I didn't get my money back.

Good staff made reservations didn't como up on there side but still respect the price I got on-line ? so thank you alot
