Best Western Allentown Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Inn & Suites

It's always a great place to stay, and for a hotel, the walls have enough soundproofing that you don't hear others in the adjacent rooms.

The coffee machine is a neat addition but difficult to find hot water for the oatmeal packets. Breakfast was great otherwise - lots of choices!

Breakfast was exceptionally good with hot and cold choices such as a yogurt machine with six crock jars of toppings or the Waffle machine. Hot scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages, all kinds of muffins, breads or danish and four kinds of juices. The pool was empty despite 90 degree day.

A good thing I can say about this hotel is the bed was comfortable the room was clean Hotel was clean inside and out. The only bad thing about this hotel is there's no security cameras on the second and third floor and no security cameras in the staircases me and my wife didn't feel safe there occasionally because we seen some guy walking around that did not look like he belong there another thing the emergency exits by the staircases were left open almost all night until I finally said something and I also found hotel rooms unlocked even at night like three or four of them on the third floor last but not least I was getting ice out of the ice machine on the third floor and it was mold in my ice cubes but I told the guy that when I was leaving about it I don't know if they cleaned it somebody should check it out before somebody gets sick

The room was accessible with unique features like a shower that floods the floor, a light switch by the door that turns on an alarm (with no explanation), and a deadbolt that won’t stay open to shut the door.

The gentleman that checked me in was very helpful, friendly and took care of my check in without missing a beat. Great job

All the doors in the front were left open anybody could have came in I didn't feel safe A man was walking around did not work there I did not think he stayed there either the staircase has no cameras the second and third floor has no cameras whatsoever I stayed there for a week and every night and every morning I found room doors open and at night emergency staircase door was open most of the time I was there and at night I found hotel room doors open not all the way but you can tell they were open

Should have more then one elevator for three floors. Felt disrespected by staff the whole weekend.

So we ubered back for our car

Check-in process and staff were excellent! The hotel needed some maintaining - bathroom had moisture concerns and the room smelled a little musty. The pool was being serviced but opened during our stay. Breakfast was well-stocked for continental. Parking was easy and the hotel felt safe and centrally located for our needs.
