Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport

The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. We were fortunate to have a quiet location, and we enjoyed the pool. The proximity is good, and the ability to have onsite breakfast is wonderful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel safe and quite comfortable.

Great location! Staff was helpful. The property is a bit outdated. The fitness room was so warm because it was next to the indoor pool and there was no thermostat to control the temperature.

It was our20th or more stay there. It is my wife and mine favorite getaway. Close to the casino ( 20 minutes) easy drive and some good restaurants close.

It was very nice.. We noticed the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, it was a really hot weekend ( temps higher than 100°). We propped the bathroom door open when using it. Also the hotel outside doors were accessible without room card. So. A. Safety issue for lone travelers (especially women). Otherwise everything else was terrific.

The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator but I guess not. If I were the hotel owner I would give a comp night to all guests that stayed after the blackout if they had checked in prior to it or something. It's not a good look for the hotel.

We have been staying at the property for a few years. Always a great stay and the place looks amazing with the remodel of the lobby .. The staff are always very nice and welcoming❤️ Nothing

This place was not worth paying extra. Building is falling apart, water damaged and smells like mold in some rooms. Pool was only indoors and super unimpressive. Breakfast was not complimentary so this confused a lot of families.. for half the price I should have just stayed at Red Roof lol. Staff was very warm and friendly though. This just doesn’t give Hilton vibes.

The only issue we faced was the blankets on the king size bed were smaller than expected. The staff was amazing and we had no other issues with the hotel.
