I got a refund because the sheets were dirty & had holes. The front desk had no extra sheets. The tub was also very filthy. Wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep, didn’t use anything, only time was wasted.

The rooms smelled and was dirty. The microwave didn't work. Just horrible.

The price is good. The towels was like half falling apart, when room service came to clean they took my pillow case from 3 pillows and 6 hrs later only returned 1 told me she be back with the others and never came back. When I saw another later she said they must all be used I said how if I am missing 2 from 3 pillows I had? Never replaced the plastic drinking cups so was forced to go get some of my own. The worst part the bathroom floor tiles next to bathtub was all falling apart and curling into a ball where roaches kept coming from and also the toilet and even killed one on the bed on my mattress by my feet when I woke up. Place needs to be bomb for roaches.

Do not choose this hotel it was terrible stay so bad that me and my girl even checked out a day early. The staff was not helpful when asked for help the air conditioner was in terrible condition, the room constantly smelled cigarettes, the bathroom tub was in bad shape , the toilet got clogged the room was filled with ants so bad that it even got onto our beds. Do not chose this hotel bad stay

It was nice on the outside . Nice lobby The room I was in, had a very old ac unit that wouldn’t turn on half the time, so it was hot. There was a hole on the bathroom floor, and I saw roaches. Heard someone snorting drugs in a room that had their door open.

Another major issue was the breakfast. When I made my reservation, breakfast was included as part of the booking. However, just one day before my trip, I received an email stating that breakfast had been canceled. This was frustrating because I specifically chose the hotel based on the amenities advertised at the time of booking. The room itself was also in poor condition. It appeared outdated and not well maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable and far below my expectations. Overall, between the rude customer service, the last-minute cancellation of advertised amenities, and the poor condition of the rooms, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

Location AC wasn’t working, appliances were old and not in good condition

There was only one cup. My tv wouldn't work. Had to have staff come fix it.

Staff was friendly Cigarette holes in my none smoking room, stained yellow sheets, bugs all over, floor peeling up in bathroom, and the power went out for a bit. But I understand they can't fix that immediatly

When it comes to conflicts was never gotten resolved or offered anything for inconvenience. Made a reservation and called in to make sure my room was reserved, once arrived staff couldn’t find my reservation and was nothing able to do. Even though reservation was reserved and had confirmation of my room booked and was offered to find another place to go and traveled all the way from NY to get a answer like this was very upsetting
