Place was great so was staff Alexa the host was awesome

Was my second time staying and every time i go to visit ill be booking here !

The room had everything needed for my family of 4 The pillows but other than that everything was great

I enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of foods and it wasn't far to get to. I also liked the fact that they respected the fact I told them I was handicapped and they kept me on the first floor. The size of the television. It was so small..

The king size suite was good for us with a separate bedroom. Pull-out couch was comforable with enough pillows. Our area was quiet. the motel was very clean and smelled good. Could have used a couple suitcase stands. Outside trucking place was noisy some nights.

Great breakfast, make your own waffles also biscuits and gravy, are delicious!

Quiet, great staff, loved the Wednesday night social. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I will 100 percent stay there again

Horrible hotel and no airport shuttle. Dirty room and poorly maintained hotel. I called the hotel when my flight landed so that we could get the advertised airport shuttle. I was informed that the driver had went home “sick”. We had to uber to the hotel. We were not offered any reimbursement for the uber. It was obvious they did not care. If you are relying on airport transportation, do not stay here.

Really fit a family on vacation, the staff was kind, very very clean rooms, spacious rooms yes yes rooms and even a good rich breakfast The appliances in the room can get an upgrade

The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price difference between the suite I paid for and the one I received, she told me it was out of her hands...I would have to request the refund from Expedia. She gave me her business card and told me to call Expedia, and have them call her to recommend Expedia give me a refund if 1 night's cost. So I did that, and Expedia told me they would give me a credit to use for a future rental. That was nice, but i'm not fully satisfied. It was only half of what I thought fair for compensation for over selling me the very expensive suite. Not surprisingly, I've lost a lot of faith in Expedia. And I can only rate my stay with Staybridge as good, rather than excellent.

the mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced. sagged in the middle hotel overall could you a refresh room and lobby was clean

clean room Although they knew prior to arrival their cooking facitlities were broken and no hot breakfast could be served....coffee maker in room with no coffee supplied either. They did not offer a discount or any consulation (even when asked) for their broken down facilities.

Room was great

I did not get to stay because there were bed bugs and I plan on following up with the health dept to see what I need to do as they took out one day just for checking in to see bed bugs. Nothing

We had a great experience during my stay. The manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She proactively reached out to us regarding a situation that came up and handled it with professionalism and care. We truly appreciated how accommodating she was it made a stressful moment much easier and showed a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you for going above and beyond! We will see you guys next year !
