Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport

It was big Couldn't get late checkout

They had an available room!?

Nothing at all. The room was awful, very dirty

Superb

Room was spacious but bathroom floor wasn’t clean at all. YUVK! My husband cleaned it and still waiting for manager. Only 1 person at desk for 3 hotels. Staff shortage and then wait in lines with things you need for them to say you got to come back. Try to bring your own stuff. Stuck to bathroom floor.

Nothing I still haven't gotten my deposit back. No one called me back. The carpet had huge stains everywhere.

It was just ok Our first room wasn’t clean we had to go back to the front desk Renata who was on shift when we checked in was really nice and she had the room changed for us. Check out this morning was not pleasant.

The carpets and couches were very dirty and had stains all over. Bathroom floor was sticky.

Good location.

Staff is terrible. House keeping terrible,

Need 4 pillows on bed not 3. Rooms could use a little maintenance.

Room was dirty and entire hotel smelled bad. Mildew, mold, stains, dirt, hair, everything. Couch was slimy. Floors sticky. Air quality terrible. I got so sick I had to leave, couldn’t breathe, dizzy, disoriented. The desk staff was great, did offer me to move rooms but it was equally as bad, so they waived the refund policy and issued a full refund. She tried to get me into a partner hotel but I decided to pick my own somewhere else.

The location was perfect for what I needed The hotel was dirty and rundown. Lots of stains on the carpets and the hallways had a bad smell to them. Even the elevator was dirty. I was there for a week and the laundry room was never cleaned. The garbage was full and there was a mess all over the floor. Also the staff at the counter were not friendly. It felt like I was bothering them when I asked a question or for towels.

Superb

People are very friendly. Breakfast is always good. The rugs, the rugs you can tell I’m not really vacuum because either I will find paper staples although I will find bobby pins and I have a small dog so that was important to me rug, sustain, and never deeply wash
