The biggest issue was the front desk employee who worked at check-in. She was incredibly rude and should not be working in customer service. She spoke disrespectfully not only to me but to every guest I witnessed her interacting with. One of her comments was that I was “not their guest until I checked in,” and because of that I was told I couldn’t use the pool or any of the hotel’s amenities while waiting. Unfortunately, check-in ended up being over an hour late, leaving us with nowhere to go while we waited. When we finally got into our room, there was an unpleasant odor, which made the experience even worse. The next morning was just as disappointing. Breakfast was scheduled until 9:30 a.m., but when we arrived shortly before 9:30, the buffet had already been emptied. There was no food left, no coffee available, and the staff made no effort to restock anything or offer any accommodation. Another major concern is that this hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, yet dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area. Responsible pet owners are also told not to leave their dogs unattended in the room. This creates an impossible situation—how are guests traveling with pets supposed to eat breakfast? The only positive part of our stay was checking out. Jenny at the front desk was kind, professional, and genuinely listened as I explained the issues we experienced. She apologized sincerely and treated us with the level of respect we expect

This is our 4th stay! It’s safe to say we love it here! Pet friendly! Breakfast is amazing! Employees & mgmt extremely friendly.

En las habitaciones el baño sin limpiar la cortina sucia y las paredes de la bañera con bellos pubicos, los muebles viejos las alfombras sucias y manchadas en el área de la piscina los alrededores sucios llenos de colillas de cigarrillos estuve allí cuatro años atrás y la diferencia desde ese tiempo hasta ahora fue mucha tienen que mejorar lo mejor la piscina y el desayuno

Everything was good and friendly

Good location and nice staff. Not very well cleaned. Bits of trash left in random places.

Everything in the room felt dirty. It wasn’t vacuumed properly and there was a bad door.

It was ok. Will I stay again no unless its urgent. Bed had stains. Bathroom not too clean. Is not like me to write a review but had to write one.

Common areas need some work but the place has potential. Love the pool and sports court. Free breakfast is always a plus. Just wish the hallways and carpet were maintained better. Also concerned about mattresses not being replaced. The sofa pull out had old bloodstains on it… they should have replaced that mattress. Fortunately I brought an extra air mattress.

Just an ok hotel

I’ve never had a better experience from the front desk, to the management and the general manager. Food was great, everything was clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It had a separate room with a door. The room was filthy. It had pet hair all over, had not been vacuumed or dusted. There were stains all over the carpet. It smelled like weed. It had a grill and fire pit that could not be used.

Excellent location, Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities. Have stayed here before and they're very functional, clean and rooms are huge.. Decent breakfast and great parking. Nothing to dislike!

It’s a nice hotel it just had a smell to it. That was the only thing I didn’t like.

Its was a good price for the fact is that they have a kitchen Its wasnt that clean when I checked in the room.weekdays breakfast start at 630am to 830am but when they bring out the hot food at 640 food be done n they wont bring out more till 8am..there's no room service unless you staying there for 7days so that is dumb

The bed needs to be replaced I had to rotate it cause there was a sinkhole on the one side that wrecked my back.
