Days Hotel by Wyndham Allentown Airport / Lehigh Valley

I booked on Booking, received a confirmation but was told when I got to the property that they had no room for me - : (

Easy check-in. Location was easy to find. Restraunt pizza was great. The outside garbage cans overflowing. And the trash laying around the location.

Clean room, quiet at night. Breakfast Attendant offered to make me more eggs when they ran out! I declined, but the offer didn't go unnoticed! Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Exceptional

Nice place

Cleanliness of the facility overall was borderline. A few things in our room were broken. Just seems like the bare minimum is done. Breakfast was also minimal and coffee wasn’t good.

Met at front desk by a very nice gentleman who promptly checked us in at midnight It was fine.

Very good

Great

The staff was amazing vey nice and helpful especially upon checking in. But when you walk in the lobby and throughout the hallways you can tell the carpet has a “dirty” smell odor to it. The restroom in the lobby wasn’t clean and then the sheets had a funny odor to them. The club was nice but the bartender was rude at first. Overall I give the full experience a 3 out of 5 stars

When I arrived, I couldn’t access my first room and had to wait for someone to move me to another one. The second room smelled strongly of urine, and the hotel overall appeared dirty and poorly maintained. When I raised concerns about a visibly dirty chair in the room, the manager told me that it was simply part of the hotel’s “color scheme.” That response was especially frustrating because the chair, pillows, and furnishings looked worn and unclean—not like an intentional design choice. I was told the hotel is now under new management, but based on my stay, the current condition and service do not match the rating shown online. Guests should know what they are actually booking.

Property was clean, the breakfast was flexible, the staff was very nice and helpful with any inquiries we had. Parking was flexible and easy.

We stayed there before an early morning flight. It was pouring rain when we got there so we ate at the little restaurant attached to the hotel. It was very good and much better than expected. We parked our car there during our trip and they provided shuttle service to the airport and picked us up upon our return. Very convenient if flying from ABE.
