It was clean, overall fine. Breakfast buffet so-so, several items were missing, delayed coming from kitchen . The buffet staff-person seemed harried- maybe someone called in sick?

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Seems like everything should have been perfect, but for about an hour on Saturday night from 2:30 - 3:30 AM we were awakened and had to endure loud music blaring from cars outside the hotel that could easily have been gang or drug activity, coming and going. Where were the police? Is this a regular thing at this location or just we got unlucky? I would consider another location next time as I did not feel safe.

Clean and comfortable Lack of real cups/glassware or mugs as well as real utensils. Hotel prides itself on "sustainability efforts" as noted on signs in hotel however all dining ware is plastic. Attempted to gave a cup of tea (usual routine at night) before bed and had to ask the front desk for a cup of hot water as there weren't any cups to use with microwave in the room. Staff was accommodating, however in the Am in an attempt to heat up water for a morning tea, the heat safe cup burned in the microwave, apparently not microwaveable. A simple mug and glass in the room, which are a sustainable product, would have made more sense and been more practical for use in the room. And the plastic knives wouldn't cut an apple for a sliced apple and peanut butter for breakfast. Looks like the effort to be "sustainability" is lost in the process. I believe it's really all in an effort to reduce staff. Such a shame.

I would first official say I would be back. Great place, clean, safe and a fair price. My only disappointment is the pool was closed and the lobby was not really setup to accommodate the guest. Very minor but one elevator and it was slow.

I think our room smelled like cigarettes. The front desk gave us a small discount because we could not change room as the hotel was fully booked. The beds were not that comfortable. The air conditioning unit very noisy. Otherwise the hotel was clean for a quick overnight trip.

The stay was wonderful, but I have one bone to pick my last day. I called downstairs. It was on a Sunday. It was 6:15AM I asked the receptionist what time breakfast start and she said 7 AM so I said well I’ll just load my car by that time it’ll be 7 AM when I went downstairs to get the luggage cart. It was 6:30 AM and the cafeteria was open people were sitting eating. I got upset if I would’ve known that.

Staff was very friendly!!! Hotel was very clean and so were the rooms.

The room smelled bad the whole time we stayed, had to bring in our own fabreeze to get the smell out, and still didnt get the smell out.

Overall a nice hotel in a nice location.. My only problem would be the Air conditioning. It didn’t have an auto thermostat option so it either continually ran and got too cold or you had to shut off manually and got too hot. Also, hotels should all put streaming access on their TVs (Netflix,etc).. Hotel was otherwise clean, quiet and comfortable.
