SIRTAJ - Beverly Hills

Two short blocks away from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel featured in the 80's movie "Pretty Woman." The SIRTAJ is centrally located to many restaurants and shops. Tiffany & Co., Fendi, Chanel, Spago, etc. The SIRTAJ is located directly across from Reeves Park and an underground parking garage.

The location was super convenient. The area felt safe.

Staff interactions, hotel offered parking very expensive compared to public alternatives, rooms were renovated but with unmatched tiles, weird smell in the room

Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.

The Ethiopian receptionist was very helpful, hospitable, and the customer service was excellent. The coffee at this establishment is phenomenal as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location cannot be beat. We quickly discovered it is much easier to take the stairs because the elevator is very slow but I would stay here again.
