The location, centric, quite and safe. The breakfast. Awful. There is no regular bread, toast, fresh fruits,.eggs, etc

Ana, a hotel staff member, and her manager were incredibly kind. When I encountered an issue with some of the room's facilities, they responded promptly and arranged a different room for me; their hospitality was truly outstanding. Although the hotel is older, it is well-maintained and kept very clean. The location—situated in a safe area of ​​Beverly Hills—was excellent. Nevertheless, I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Los Angeles. If I had to point out one downside, it was that the air conditioning was a bit too cold for my liking as a Japanese tourist.

Noise from street was loud but ear plugs were provided. Staff had a UK to US plug converter that I needed. Would here again if I needed a hotel in the area in the future.

You really can’t beat the location! It’s a fine place to stay, I think it’s a great price for where you are if you’re not planning on spending a ton of time in your room.

Location is great. Property on the ground floor is very old and worn out. It’s definitely a time for renovation. I felt scared to step into the shower without slippers as it was very dirty looking. One of our pillows was very dirty, we asked to get it changed and never got a new one. There was dust and hair everywhere. Very outdated, and it should definitely not be operating until renovated. I understand it’s a great location, but the price is way too high for what you get.

Nice, clean, quaint, and ideal room for an overnight stay. Would recommend using the ear plugs provided by the hotel for there were a few noises such as glass bottles thrown into the trash outside hotel.

Excellent room , bed, bedding super comfortable. Excellent Location for business, leisure and other appointments. Onsite restaurant was delicious, and a SUPER breakfast buffet. Hardy coffee. Don’t come with alot of luggage, unless you request a larger room.

The location of the property was amazing and as a lone female traveller, I felt completely at ease exploring the neighbourhood. Also handy for catching one of the sightseeing buses. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Anna and Emanuel. I extended my stay by a further two nights. I had a single room and for my needs, the size of the room was no problem however whilst there is a small window, there is no light coming into the room due to the proximity of the building across the way and several trees/ bushes which go right upto the window. Window doesn’t open either and whilst there is ac units, fresh air is preferred. It was also very noisy with staff working in the downstairs restaurant emptying recycling bins and loud talking/ banging. It did not distract from the enjoyment of my stay although at the day of departure I saw some of the other rooms at the property which were more updated, larger and brighter. The price difference was not much more than I paid. Just to note that there is no pool or outside space at this property however I knew this at the time of booking and understand the price would be much higher with these facilities.

Toilet seat was broken, very inconvenient for a lady who is seated during her performance, ans it would pinch your cheek every time seated…and the view from the room was a back alley/storage area or something.
