Good location if you’re staying in Beverly Hills. Was upgraded to a better room at check-in. They have lockers to store bags before/after checkout. Comfortable clean hotel. Nothing

This hotel is in a good location to visit LA with a (paid) parking garage across the street. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, no major issues with the hotel, but the mattress was in such poor condition it made my stay fairly unpleasant. I have actually never experienced a mattress in such dire need of replacement at a hotel. I think if the hotel made some updates, I would return, but otherwise I would not. If you are a light sleeper just be aware the street can be a bit loud sometimes, but earplugs were provided.

Also when we walked into the room i noticed they had earplugs on the nightstand. apparently there was a laundry room behind our room that was working and making an unbearable noise even at 3-4 am

Just location This hotel is dirty and bad staff no customer care service i complain i got allergy ok my face and i came to reception for complain the lady slim with black dog say you can leave the hotel right now and funny the lady know how is the bed bugs she show her arm said its like this its mean there is bed bugs i said best thing to answer ( i ll change your room right away and check you existing room but she is you can leave the property and when came to check out checking my invoice keys in my hand and she tried to snatch the key then she is if you not leave i ll call the cops i said its better to call then she left the reception and bar waiter came and said please leave the property ridicules customer service this hotel should be removed from booking.com i am using regular booking never had this type of experience always stay in hotel chain my worst decision to chose this hotel as location worst hotel in beverly hills

Old building in good location. First floor room had lots of noise from interior courtyard where back of room window area looks into, from maintenance work area and noisy restaurant cleaning work. Window air conditioner did not work well. The best amenity provided was earplugs. Photos show view of work/storage area outside window of room.

Staff helpful and location excellent for accessing local amenities.

Loved the bar and restaurant. Staff were all super kind.

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff. The Nua restaurant is great. Very nice decor and atmosphere. Overall experience - excellent. Spent 6 nights and didn't want to leave! It would be great to have coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also, the option with breakfast included would be helpful.

The Crescent offers a European atmosphere with American cleanliness. is one block from Rodeo Drive, and 2 blocks from a Whole Foods in case you're not in the mood for a restaurant. The decor all over is very elegant and well chosen. The tv is large and easy to use. The bathroom was great, with excellent water pressure. Plus it provided Q-tips and cotton balls that I really needed. The morning coffee tasted incredible; i'm going to call and ask where it's from. It was a little surprising to see that the bed was actually a very good cot. Didn't matter; this insomniac had deep sleep on a good mattress. I'd be glad to stay in that room again.

Clean room and bed was comfortable. We had a few drinks and dinner which was very good. Friendly staff and helpful. Good location for us to visit Dr. office. We would stay again,
