Quick stay for a concert nearby, but very comfortable and accommodating. Great location!

Amazing boutique hotel. Wonderful staff. Short walk to many bars, restaurants and short drive to Salem or even Boston.
-
Charming, quaint, perfect location, however we didn't mind at all but rooms are small. Will definitely go back.
-
Staff extremely helpful, free water, tea & coffee and location was good in the lovely town of Beverly. Price was extremely fair for it being during the World Cup. Rooms were small but that would be my only complaint

Well organized as well I did enjoy my stay Rooms too small

The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s old but updated without being too much and losing the charm. Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy and the location was great. The room was TINY. I didn’t realize how small it was when booking. Hardly any room to do anything but sleep. The bathroom doors were a little awkward as well.

We loved the look and the rooms made a great use of small spaces. Having a common room with keurig and a fridge was so nice!

Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night to see a show. The room is the smallest I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking, but there were 5 so we could double up. The bathroom is actually quite large with good lighting and a rain shower. Needs another shelf or something as there is no vanity and the one small shelf really isn't enough for various cosmetics. There is no dresser or closet. Hooks and hangers on wall and a night stand with 2 drawers. High bed to enable you to put luggage under. The one thing we could not get past is the bed has only 1 way to enter. There are walls against 3 sides. So if the person on the inside has to get up at night, they must climb over the other person to get out. And since the bed is so high, its a bit of a project. The hotel does have a nice sitting area with complimentary coffee and tea . The room also has chocolates, water, cookie and crackers, nice after a long trip. Nice little room overall, and friendly clean place

Fantastic location near the railway station 4 mins Salem 30 mins Boston. Staff kind and helpful. Centre of Beverly immediately adjacent. With laundromat 5 mins walk important as we were on a road trip. All good
-
Great little spot, perfect for visiting Salem. Nothing

Ideally located one block from The Cabot performance venue, it is on a street corner near shops and restaurants. There is a local beach about 5-10 minutes away. Rooms are small but clean; ours had a loft bed which requires climbing up an attached ladder and a low ceiling. There is a parking lot which requires payment except for Sunday.
-
The staff was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was carefully designed, and fully functional, but quite small. Accessing the loft bed will be a challenge for those with physical limitations.
-
No breakfast was included. The room was incredibly small with no space whatsoever to move around in.

Wonderful communication from the staff! Very kind and accommodating. 😊
-
The place was quirky with such a great vibe. Location was great everything was close by. Amenities were good. It was just a little too compact.
-
Greatest host (and co-host?) Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Rooms were super stylish-and QUIET. I couldn't ask for a better setup. Close to public transit. And the toiletries were some Aesop dupe brand which was fabulous! I took a picture so I could buy some for myself. Just wished they had herbal teas especially peppermint, in the common area. That's all.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about The Cabot Lodge! We stay about once a month while visiting family in the area and the owner/staff always make it very enjoyable and comfortable for us! Thanks again to everyone at The Cabot!

Brightness and cleanliness Small rooms and lack of privacy in bathroom

It was so quaint. Perfect location. Every need was attended. We can’t think of a thing we did not enjoy.

This was our second stay in a week's trip to Beverly. The Cabot Lodge was booked for two days so we had to stay somewhere else. We were so relieved to be back at the Cabot Lodge after a disastrous stay elsewhere in town. Cabot Lodge staff were able to give us a more comfortable room this time - they are all small but so comfy! This one had a better set-up, furniture wise, but I have already booked another stay there - even if we don't get this room again. Sometimes the rates are super high, but if you catch them in a slow season, it is a pleasure to stay here.
