This is by far one of the most unique stays I've had! The staff were beyond helpful and so accommodating. The lounge area offered so many extra amenities that made the stay feel homey. Having a "loft" style bed was really cool, and everything was amazingly clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The ladder up to the loft is made with rebar, which looks so cool, but doesn't feel great on bare feet. The only noise issue we had came from above us in the apartmentswhich are in no way affiliated with the Cabot Lodge. I'm not sure why they needed to stomp on the floor at 7am, but again the Cabot Lodge had no way to control this.

Location and a wonderful room with parking close by. Nothing

Good location. Lots of dining options within a block or two. Room was charming, but cramped. No chair or place to sit except for the bed.

Lovely staff. Good amenities. Absolute bargain for location parking etc. Room on the small side so only ideal for a night or 2 wouldn't recommend staying longer.

Perfect base for exploring boston. Rooms are of a good standard, modern, clean. Easy walk to train station for train into boston centre. The surrounding area is excellent, great food places around the hotel for breakfast cafes or evening dinners. Its great being in a small quiet town before heading into the city of boston. Location is a little north of the centre but was totally worth it for a cost saving as easy train service straight into centre of boston. A great alternative if city centre hotels are expensive which was the case during soccer world cup. And was good to locate to a quieter area after a day of exploring a busy major city.

Great facilitys, amazing staff. Possibly somewhere to store luggage, room not really big enough for 3 but quirky, clean which made up fir it.

So clean and the decor was awesome! They had love u tea and coffee and etin needed! The only criticism I’d make is they provided complimentary snacks but maybe they could cater for gluten free guests?

Very good

Complimentary snacks, water and umbrellas to use (it was raining). Our bags barely fit.

Great design and quality construction. Room was exceptionally small. Considered for a one over night, it was adequate.

So cute!! Perfect location for our visit to the area! We loved our room and the cookies and goldfish were a fun touch!!!

Great property in terms of location, welcoming lobby and guest lounge, and overall interior decoration. This was my second or third stay and I can say the staff has bern outstanding - friendly, communicative, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is ok. Can’t be helped in an older building but the rooms are cramped and one person (the “inside” person) out of a couple has to scramble to get out of bed

Welcoming owner when we arrived, very hygienic and clean and met some lovely people who we went out for dinner with whilst we were there. A cozy and enjoyable visit, would go again. The room was a bit small for both me and my daughter but no major concerns.

Incredibly clean and well kept, 1 minute walk to The Cabot Theater, large key accessible rest room offset lack of privacy of the room bathroom. Friendly staff. I hadn't bothered to find out that this is a micro boutique hotel but it served our needs and I would stay there again. Lack of privacy with bathroom offset by available large bathroom with key.

The Rooms are small apartments, very clean, very modern, with glass bathroom doors that gave the place a high end feel. Complimentary water, snacks and local chocolates made for a great first impression of the room. Parking was a bit of a pain during the day having to feed the meter between 8am to 8pm. It would have been more relaxing to not have to worry about that when we were enjoying a walk along the local beach.

Good hotel in a good location in historic downtown Beverly close to good restaurants and coffee houses. The rooms are small so it’s probably best for a few nights but not long term. One design flaw is that the bathrooms have swinging frosted glass doors which don’t provide enough privacy and cause the room to be flooded with light if anyone has to use the bathroom at night. Also, the rain shower was uncomfortable. All in all a well managed, pleasant place to stay.
