Trash left on the balcony and ashtrays on the balcony area outside rooms. The carpet in the room smelled of mildew

It was very good just needed a place for the night . Clean, lot hot water, would stay there again.

NONE Bed was extremely hard!

8 miles to kennebunk There is no staff,no maintenance,no ice, nothing at all unless you bring it yourself.One day it was raining the key card reader wasn't working,went to the office,the person who answered the door couldn't speak any English so when I showed him the card wouldn't work so he gave me a key which I ended up losing and they charged me 100 dollars and wouldn't rent to me again.

Big room, convenient location. Graciously accommodated late check in.

Great location and close to my daughter's home. The room was very clean and they accommodated my request for a ground level room. The price is great. I don't require a lot of hospitality so this location is acceptable for me, as long as it's clean, that's pretty much all I need. There is no coffee and I couldn't find the heat when I got a little chilly at night but I was able to get enough blankets to keep me warm. The ONLY thing that I would recommend to future customers would be to make sure you have EVERYTHING out of your room before putting the key into the lock box. They don't have round the clock staff in the office. Thru nobody else's fault but my own, I was locked out of the room and forgot my purse. I would have had to wait for 3 hours until the office opened, had it not been for the fact that my daughter lived close and I was able to call them to unlock early. Neither of us were happy campers.

The lady that checked me in was very nice and patient with a double booking situation. She was very accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy.

Near 95. Everything,there is no respect or help from the ignorant non English speaking woman who runs it.

No frills clean motel. Dated but the value is beyond excellent! Stopped for a good night's sleep while traveling. Slept like a dream in the comfy bed. Arrived after 1am. Woke the owner by pressing the doorbell. She let us in. Was very friendly and kind even though we woke her up. And she came to the door so quickly. I would definitely stay there again. No frills but comfy. Nice hot shower! What more could you want? Dated but so clean.

Close to kennebunk. Bed is hard as hell,when the room above me gets rented its worse than a haunted house, no ice,no smoking which I never have but plenty of butts everywhere. If you have any issue at all forget it because you get what's in the room thats it no matter what there is no pleasing of guests and I've been here almost 3weeks!

I' like the location Bed skirting was very dirty. It needed to be washed. I didn't like that the sink was outside the bathroom.

The location is ideal This is the second stay where another guest was very loud and disruptive all night long. Last time they were outside coughing right in front of my room. This time it was not only coughing but walking around on a squeaky floor for hours. Neither time was I able to get a good nights sleep before a long drive home.

Everything was very clean. Simple accommodations right off the highway. No issues checking in or out. Would stay again if I need a convenient clean hotel right off the highway near Kennebunk TV could be bigger perhaps a few table lamps

Convenient location I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
