very clean and friendly and helpful staff the lobby bar staff needs more customer service training especially for those staying at the property.

Literally everything is top notch and so out of the ordinary. So unique and in a great up and coming area. Nothing!

Nice boutique hotel. Lobby was large yet inviting. Breakfast was just a coffee shop with breakfast type sandwiches. Restaurant was unique with good service and food. Elevator needed room card to activate yet had trouble reading the card.

One of the most outstanding hotel experiences we have ever had. Positioned anywhere outside of Biddeford Maine , it would be inaccessible to most travel budgets. Well deserved Michelin key, should have more than just one.

Tina was amazing, she set the tone for our entire stay. She even recommended a professor at UNE for my daughter to speak with. A real pleasure to meet her, and the hotel wasn’t bad either. That the restaurant in the hotel had a so so reviews on Google. Have to work on that to get more people in there. We did Italian instead.

The Lincoln is a beautiful Hotel

The attention to detail, the decor and the size of the rooms. Difficult to dine at the property without 7-14 days reservations around the holidays. I know it’s not the hotel’s brewery -restaurant but there should be some attempt at accommodating hotel guests given the cost of rooms at the property. Also, could do without the massive train horns and rumbling sounds of the mile long train at all hours of the night and early morning.

A hotel of this quality has no business being in a small town in Maine. Everything about the room was fantastic. The size. The amenities. The furnishings. Everything worked very well together. The spaces in the hotel were huge. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent. We had drinks at the bar. They were excellent. I if you're planning on trips to Kennebunkport or Freeport, do yourself a favor and stay here! Nothing

Such an amazing atmosphere, excellent decor, tons of space in rooms/ high ceilings. Was expensive

Our room exceeded our expectations, the overall atmosphere and amenities were fantastic. No complimentary Continental Breakfast, or have the restaurant open for breakfast

One of our favorite hotels in NE. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, friendly staff (❤️ Tina), amazing lobby and bar with live music, rooftop heated pool, Batson River on-site… always exceeds expectations! If I had to find a critique, it would be the water pressure in the shower.

A cool gem close to beaches and Portland. Great vibe and gorgeous rooftop pool.

Everything!!!!! The beds, our room, downstairs brewery, the bar, the coffee shop and location. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel but in a strange city- literally too upscale for the area. I didn’t “ get it,” or why such an expensive hotel was in this downtown area. Room was absolutely beautiful; well appointed with warm and cozy textiles in invited hues. However, the water pressure was horrible and the shower was beyond disappointing. Glad I didn’t have to wash my hair because I would never have been able to remove the shampoo. No full length mirror and lighting was too dark to apply makeup, had to use my own light.

Great service, everyone was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Bar closing at 10pm.

Everything is so perfect here. You can feel it from the moment you step into the place. Literally nothing, everything is perfect.
