Neat clean friendly helpful Nothing

I did not like anything I did not get my security deposit back that they take out for any damages it was nasty when I got there the room was not clean it was not what I expected

Easy process to get in and out of the homes

Our room was not clean, there were hand prints on the walls and the carpets were dirty. The door did not shut well and had outside light coming in through where the seal should be. The bathroom door was also very dirty and there were several bugs and ants that had free range in our bathroom from a hole in the floor by the heater. We will not be returning to these cottages.

It was my second time here. The restroom is clean and renovated. HVAC system is updated. Quite a place for rest, and the rooms are suitable for small families or couples. The restroom door needs to be painted, and the carpet floor needs to be updated or replaced with a laminate flooring system.

The bathroom smelled like an outhouse.

I didn’t have any problems with my room! I like were I stayed!

The location to where we were going was good and it was fairly quiet This place is not a Marriott by any stretch. I do believe many of the people that were hanging around actually lived there! I don’t think the flooring had been mopped. Certainly not after each guest as there were splatters scattered around. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink when we arrived. The bathroom sink was cracked. I suppose I should have expected this based on the price.

Trash was taken out daily but the beds weren't made. There was no cutlery available inside the room it had to be requested. Also only 1 of the sockets in 1 of the power outlets was working properly. No guest available ice machine either which was highly frustrating.

Clean cabins. Excellent customer service.

Our room smelled of strong cleaning product upon arrival and quickly realized it was to mask a strong mildew smell. Also, immediately behind us was the septic tank that the company had come at 5 pm to check. I emailed the owner to make aware of the situation, never received a response.

I like a shower with an extension shower head. Bed mattress uncomfortable.
