The rooms were dirty, needs to be painted and curtains were old and ragged, the bed was very uncomfortable ...The only good thing was close to Old Orchard beach

The location of the property is very convenient. It provides all you need for a good night of sleep. You can park outside your door for maximum convenience.

Helpful and understanding staff/owners.

The staff was very friendly and seemed devoted to maintaining their property and making sure their guests were happy.

The hotel was amazing. The family who ran the hotel were extremely kind. The rooms were immaculate and clean the floral arrangements in the gardens and trees were heavenly. The pool was spotless. It’s one of my favorite motels I’ve ever stayed at will be back.

Property was clean and quiet. The room had no coffee maker and there was no ice machine. The beds were hard and pillows over soft. It was ok to sleep there. Staff was super friendly.

The rooms are ok, typical size. Microwave and little fridge inside. Bed was comfortable enough, but only 2 pillows. The bathroom is where they loose all points. Its like the bathroom was an after thought just a toilet and small shower. Sink was outside by microwave. The shower seemed just thrown in with like a 4 inch gap between it and the wall. The shower head was small and not aimed well. A real lot of black mold in the shower. Parking was great got to park in front of our room and plenty of Ice was available. If it wasn’t for the bathroom the rating would be better. Not a bad place to stay for a night or two if you just want a place to sleep.

Great stay for the price. The room was dated and could've used a deeper clean (some cobwebs and such) however it was very clean where it had to be. My bedding, towels and bathroom were all spotless. Ice cold AC. Staff was very friendly. Pool was open and in good order however they don't seem to provide pool towels.

My main reason for the “okay” rating was the shower has poor water pressure. The place is very dated. Staff was friendly. Parking and location great. Bed comfortable. I would not stay again because of the shower.
