Amazing service

It was clean quaint simple close to everything

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so comfortable. We asked for 2 extra pillows at desk, no problems. Only downside were... The room was ridiculously small. I booked the bigger Queen cabin. Idk if they put us in the wrong one because I'd hate to see a smaller room. 😆 No place to put your clothes or luggage. 1 tiny bar to hang things on but only 2 hangers in room that someone had left, so we had to leave all our stuff in our bags. No shelves or counters, not even in the bathroom. The table in the room was a wooden folding TV tray with 2 plastic folding chairs. Had to walk single file around room, no space. Room was clean though. We did use the BBQ grill which saved us money. The older guy never stopped working while we were there. Taking great care of lawns, flowers and rooms.

My second stay in a cabin there. The first time met expectations for the price. This time, the carpet was stained, floor was coming apart in the bathroom, no where to put suitcase, dirty and dingy

The location was out of the way. It should be listed that you are not walking distance to OOB.

The staff was very polite and professional when checking in. The room needed some help. It seemed clean enough, but a coat of paint might be helpful. The rug was pulled up in spots as well. All in all it wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again. Good for a quick one night stop over with amenities close by and the price was reasonable.

It was a nice area easy access to my cabin. It was just a bit closer than I’d like as far as parking.

Cute cottage. Staff was very friendly. Cottage could use some renovations. Great location and we had a lovely stay.

The rooms are spartan, a refrigerator, microwave, AC, good TV. Minimal furniture. I did not visit the pool so can't comment. The motel is 1/4 mile off of Rt 1, so very little traffic noise and very quiet in general. This is a comfortable and cost-effective motel for a stay.

Great place for the price. Also a great location being right in the middle. 5 minutes from most things you may need., including the beach.

Run down, bathroom was very small , air conditioning too noisy to run overnight. No coffee maker in the room as advertised, no coffee in the lobby either. Curtain has wear so spots we’re see through and screens on windows had holes

I am always satisfied with my stay at Brookside motel.
