This was the worst place in old Orchard Beach that I have ever stayed! I’ve been going there for decades and stayed at dozens of different places and this place is terrible! I am very disappointed because their reviews seemed like it was a decent place for a good price. But in this case you do get what you pay for! Should’ve known when it said nonrefundable also. First of all when we went into our room, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness because there wasn’t any! Then, when I opened the bedsheets, I saw a live pincher bug inside the bed. We immediately went to the office and they showed us another room, which was slightly better, but still disgusting. If you’re looking for a comfortable clean place to stay, this is not it. There were layers of dirt on stuff. Looks like things have not been wiped down for probably years. I would suggest trying a different place.

The room where not clean. The beds where not made very well and where not comfortable at all. The bathroom was very dirty and my husband went in to go to the bathroom and the toilet was not flush and had poop in it. It was dirty. I got lotion on the towel and wash cloth that wash out and they charge me 20 dollars. People checking in where saying hair in the bed and refrigerator not clean at all. Not a nice place.

Convenient location. Small room good for overnight. Clean . AC was excellent

overall we had a very nice stay. Owners and staff were always very helpful. location was well located for everything we needed to do. thumbs up !

The rooms and pool Pillows

The toilet was loose on the floor, no dresser for our clothes, no place to put our luggage and a tv tray for a nightstand and only one.

The door was felt loose and you could see outside through the crack in the door. Bathroom door had mud all over the bottom of it and the walls were half painted and the ceiling had some issues to. Tub faucet also leaked non stop. Water pressure was terrible. Had to asked everytime you wanted to use the pool and a lot of times the owners were no where to be found so my kids had to wait. Couldn't use your key card to open the door to the pool area. The pool is very small but my kids did enjoy it and it was clean which I was surprised. Air conditioner worked good. No coffee maker but did have a fridge and microwave. Owners were nowhere to be found on checkout day even after ringing the ring doorbell. Sign in the window said they would be back at 9am and this was after 9 am when we were checking out. Would not recommend or stay again. The pictures are very deceiving. We honestly contemplated leaving and going across the road to the motel there to see if they had any vacancies.

Place well maintained on outside, but in room was old looking, old furniture and shower nozzle leaked. Bed was horrible.

Location There was trash in the bathroom when we arrived. It had false eyes lashes in it. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the rug dirty. The chairs were stained and 1 had cigarette burns in it. The AC was loud and sounded weird. The shower was barely a stream to shower with. The bathroom door did not close. The screen had a hole in it. The room was in need of a paint job. No security lock/chain. We cut our trip short because of the condition of the room. The furniture has seen better days.

Hotel a 5 min de voiture de la plage , ,personelle tres acceuillant … un petit raffraichissement de la decoration serait le bienvenu car l’ammeublement date de plusieurs année ,mais tout semble propre et en bonne état

The location is great, and the rooms are decent. However, the hotel has a noticeable odor that I didn't particularly like. Since it's a pet-friendly hotel, that may be part of the reason, although I'm not sure. The room was reasonably clean, but it didn't feel as fresh as I would have expected. Overall, it was an okay stay.

They Double charged my card for the security deposit and when i called to get 1 of the 2 charges changed the front desk couldn't help and then gave me attitude

Room was clean nothing unexpected. Easy to get to. Afterhours checkin was easy.
