The walls and register were dirty/ rusted. The toilet moved and turned sideways . The bedding was stained along with the shower curtain. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable. Need to provide some sort of way to mop/ clean up water when coming from pool. Pool was warm but dirty. There was a couple dead bugs.

The room had a mildew odor. There's no carpet so Im not sure where the odor was coming from or the cause, but all 4 of us smelled it immediately. The manager dismissed our concern as not possible because there were guests there who stayed 6 nights before us and did not complain and the house keeping staff also did not mention the odor. The AC unit is a windows unit with what appears to be duct tape around it. It also did not work properly, but the temperature in the room while a little warmer than our preference was not awful. My daughter felt the pool water was slimy, not sure I agree, but the pool was not cleaned well. The location was great. 10 minutes from Long Horn, 4 minutes from Ihop, and 7 minutes from Old Orchard Beach. I probably would not stay here again.

The location, the price it’s quiet out of the way just why we wanted Wish our rooms were closer together but it wasn’t awful, comfort of the beds

location. bed comfortable needs major upgrades. AC made grinding noise. cold water sink faucet came off in my hand.. needs major overall cleaning. smelled but resolved with air freshener. the whole complex is for sale so they probably don't want to make many improvements.

There was mirrors hanging off the wall the toilet wasn’t secured properly the air conditioner has a hole around it that you could look directly outside I didn’t like anything about it I left a day early and lost the rest of my money
