Walked in place smelled terrible. Lifted up the sheets and unzipped bed cover to find yellow and brown dark nasty stains everywhere. The coffee machine did not work. Back door kept popping open. Oh and not to mention bed bugs. Please dont waste the 100$ night on this place. Ruined me n my mom's trip.

Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure.

How close it was to old orchard beach and they had a in ground pool that was indoor They need to up date a lot of things like the playground was very damaged and a lot of the pictures that shows online isn’t updated! The gaming room smells like wet dog and dog pee they should ripped out the carpet for children that are allergic to pets! Also the game room had lots of broken pool table sticks and the air hockey table is broken! They don’t keep towels in the pool area because visitors keep sealing them and bring them to the beach which is so crazy and rude which I don’t blame the hotel to not leave them out !

How close it is to funtown. Place is out of date and needs some minor repairs

No where to hang clothes. Lights were distracting from sleep. Need better curtains. Closets. Less light from outdoors. Better curtains breakfast offered

Location is fantastic, staff was very friendly, very affordable, grounds were nice. Internet is terrible, I did message the office and was told they would reset the router. Nothing changed . We had to sit outside in our truck to get any signal and with that it kept going in and out. We did observe other guests outside with their phones appearing to be trying to find a signal. While our room was decent enough there was an odd smell. Musty earth meets medicinal ? We had to go buy febreeze and spray the room down. We also checked the AC filter and it was incredibly dirty, cleaned it. Stains on sheets and comforter Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Tractor doing construction on sight driving past our windows at 8 am. Shitty way to wake up on our anniversary.

Clean, and beautiful layout ! Definitely needs updated furniture, pillows and WiFi was not good! Very slow! Had to connect through my phone! Washer and dryer very old!
