My room was never serviced.

La chambre était propre par contre ça sentait trop l’humidité, le déjeuner n’étais pas WoW, le café goûtait le café instantané.

For the rate per night, this hotel stay was not worth it. While it was “clean” the room smelled like wet dog that only got worse when using the air conditioning. Also the room was very dark, with only lamp lighting available, we had to turn on every single lamp to be able to see.

The “fitness room” had a treadmill and bike only. Breakfast wasn’t great and the layout was awful. Not enough seating.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, honestly the best staff I’ve encountered at a hotel. Breakfast was okay, I wasn’t really interested because I easily get worried about sickness, and this was a self serve place. My friends say the eggs weren’t the best but everything else was okay. The air conditioning was great, I checked the filters and they were clean with very small amounts of dust. The conditioner itself was clean and I couldn’t find any dust. So it’s allergen friendly!! I would rate it a good 8/10 and I would stay again if the few things that had hiccups were fixed!

If you stay there more than 3 days they only clean your room once. Which was not good. Also if you have allergies to pets this is not a good hotel for you. You can smell the pet damp smell in the hallways. I had to change rooms because of this smell because it found its way into the room. The staff was no overly friendly. I dont think I would stay here again, given the distance, given the lack of cleaning frequency, and lack of nearby restaurants.

Good parking close to the highway It is what it is considering the price point. If you come expecting large pool great breakfast and super clean rooms then that’s your fault lol it’s an economical hotel

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. I wished the breakfast hours were longer at least till 10am. Overall I would recommend staying here and I plan on going back.

Appears like the people that run the hotel actually live there. Blankets for the pull out sofa bed not in the room...needed to get them from the front desk. Lackluster maintenance of room...faucet spraying water on wall and the room had an odd smell. The breakfast was aweful. "Eggs" looked a yellowish gelatin and the coffee tasted like instant.

The room was decent. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. I found the staff to be very rude. During the check in process the staff member tried to have me pay for the room again. I tried explaining I paid via booking and she appeared frustrated with me. I had to ask about breakfast, pool, the closest entrance to my room…and I struggled to understand her. The only information offered was that since we were staying 2 nights we won’t get house keeping so if I need more towels I would need to ask. So the next evening I asked for 5 towels. The same person was working and she asked how many in my room and I said 3. She said that she would only give 3 towels. Apparently we could have one for our hair and bodies. I didn’t think it was a lot to ask for more towels since we didn’t get house keeping. This was my first time at a comfort inn and it was not a good experience due to the staff. Breakfast was the same food 2 days in a row. The set up was horrible and it was crowded. I had to help an elderly lady as she was struggling in the breakfast line due to the set up and amount of people. On a positive note the entrance and food area have nice lighting and furniture.
