The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The pool was not as clean as it should have been.

I chose the hotel due to the 9.0 high rating, being right off of my main route but yet a close distance to the shore for a relaxing sunset dinner. The check in was swift and staff were pleasant. The hotel, grounds, entry and room were well maintained but I was shocked to see that the beds had not been prepared for new guests.

Clean hotel for a fast stay

All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The room was the cleanest we’ve ever been in. The bed linens and pillows were so comfortable. The location was very convenient to jump on Routes 195 and 95 but far enough to avoid the car noise. The only negative was the freezing temperature in the hallway of our floor. A couple of nights I had to turn the heat on in the room. All the good outweighed that one negative. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night, the room and bathroom looked clean but we could smell that pets stayed there before. My husband is very sensitive to pet dander it was definitely present in the room and he had an awful night sleeping due to it and the ac unit was not working well either. The floors looked clean but my daughter had brand new white socks on after showering and they looked filthy after walking around in the room with them. Overall wasn’t the best stay.

Altercation in the corridor at 1:30 am woke us up and we felt uncomfortable to the extent had trouble sleeping. Children riding luggage cart in the hall unsupervised.

Location to Old Orchard Room wasn’t the cleanest. When we checked in you could feel sand if walking in bare feet within the room. We didn’t ask for things to be cleaned but room was not checked nor were we asked if we were happy with the room after checking in
