Really we had bad experience staying in the hotel, maintenance was really bad and smells so bad… bed sheets and pillows have dirt strains. Front desk was super rude he responded that they really don’t care of customer experience. We really don’t advise anybody to go stay there.

Everything good about it

A lot like the other reviews, this place is really bad if you expect a good room. It’s really cheap and the staff helped me get one of the nicer rooms but it’s all really old and moldy. While the room was not nasty like other experiences in the reviews, there was mold on the shower curtains and the air was really thick and the rugs soaked in old dirt. If you can afford a better hotel in town, it’s definitely worth it. At least I felt safe and the people staying there were good people.

It was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off. There were cobwebs in the bathroom. I could go on and on. The worst part is I booked this hotel for parents weekend as well. So I have to go back to that hole.

There was a bleach stain on the comforter and the tub was rusty. It looked like they were starting to renovate. The tile and closet door looked updated.

Beds were outdared...my husband and I just sank to the center of the bed. Crappy old outdated hotel. Leftover hairs in tub, dirty carpet. Refused to put us in a nonsmoking room. We paid for 3 nights and left after the first night.

First, the property is falsely advertised. It is advertised as "Quality Inn Vestal" when in fact it is in Binghamton (NY). There was one in Vestal (NY) but it had been out of business for several years. Still, that this has not been corrected is misleading and irresponsible. Unfortunately this was the 2nd time I got suckered into staying here because of the misnaming. That said, my room had dirty walls, a badly rusted table lamp, bathroom ceiling panels that were swelled and lose and a bath tube which was badly stained with its drain stop detached from the drain. Furthermore, it had a musty smell which hadn't changed since my first stay in over 6 months. On two positive notes, the AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless one is extremely budget conscious, their stay is very short (a day or two), or there is no better option available. One thing for certain, I will not make this mistake again.

IT WAS GOOD AND ON TIME!

During our stay, we received a room key in an envelope that appeared to be made from another guest's payment card statement. It displayed the other guest's full payment card number, cardholder name, and expiration date. Although the security code was not visible, seeing another guest's sensitive financial information was alarming and made us concerned about how our own personal information was being handled. The cleanliness and maintenance of the property were also disappointing. The towels were yellowed and appeared unclean. The hallway was dimly lit, and the carpet was buckled in several places, creating a potential tripping hazard. We hope management addresses these issues promptly, particularly the handling of guests' personal information and the property's maintenance, as both are important for guest safety and confidence.

Parking The room linens felt damp. Room lighting was dim. Not enough staff on duty. Asked for a copy of my bill and was told that it would be emailed. Nothing received as of yet. Breakfast was poor.
