Tout était très bien. Par contre pas grand choix pour le déjeuner. J’y retournerais

The shower was not drying properly and the water was pooling in the tub. When I contacted the front desk he was very unhelpful.

Good value for money The AC was noisy and not cold. The wall was razor thin, I was waken by people walking on the hallway and upstairs. I ended up having a very poor quality of sleep. Also, the hotel allowed pets, so there was a residual smell. Could be annoying to people that doesn't have pets.

Overall, the hotel was clean and staff were nice. Outside is well-lit if you come back after dark. Our room had a serious problem with the AC as the humidity in the room was horrible--everything was damp all the time. We told the front desk about the problem, we were told there wasn't a problem. The fridge in the room was filthy. Room service was spotty (beds made one day, next two days not); Towels provided two days, third day none. Breakfast was meh. We arrived 30 minutes before close of breakfast the first day there and there was no milk or waffle batter--we went out for breakfast every day after that. Not sure I would stay here again.

Breakfast was ok: waffles, toast, bagels and cereal. No eggs, bacon or sausage were served.

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean, shower head could be updated, current one was old and had poor flow. Exterior was well kept and clean, plenty of parking and well lit at night. Would stay again.

Everything was very good except breakfast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Easy parking, quiet. All on first floor. Beds were comfortable. Liked the bare floor rather than carpet. Very clean. Breakfast area needed someone to wipe tables after people had sat at them and dropped crumbs, jelly and coffee on them and the floor. Ran out of milk and juice and waffle mix one day and had to wait until someone brought more in; room was full of people waiting. No hand soap in bathroom. Dispenser was empty. Need place to hang towel, washcloth when using it more than once. TV was not very easy to use. Door stuck when you went in and out.

The bed was a decent size. Continental breakfast was good. The water pressure was nonexistent, the water barely got lukewarm. At check-in, I was rudely informed that I would have to pay an additional $60 cash deposit, which was not demanded of the Caucasian visitor who checked in before me. The smoking area was not clearly marked, leading to confusion. There were no bus schedules, cab companies, or any sort of access to the surrounding area provided

It’s was a clean room The family living upstairs opened their door and all the hallways had a really bad smell. Sounded like they were moving furniture upstairs all night long had no sleep
-
The staff are not very friendly at all and I was forced to leave my room so they could clean even though I put the do not disturb sign on my door. 3 staff members banged at my door and told me I needed to vacate my room and I was just trying to sleep.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean but dated. For example, our shower head simply needed replacing. It was usable but only on almost the jet water setting. The continental breakfast was subpar. For the price and location ( attending Spiediefest) it was very good. I would gladly stay here again, I just feel with some small improvements it could be a great value hotel

Desk attendant was pleasant and processed quickly; unfortunately given ROOM 121 is something no one needs to use; 20’ from front desk, 10’ from vending and guests entering left or right; and last…what room was above was NOISER than ever; almost sounded like a utility closet. Just my opinion and perspective.
