This facility is ell located, rooms are clean, has pleasant staff, offers value for money and has a decent breakfast. Parking is plenty and it is quiet. The internet is spotty. I would encourange management/ owners to invest a little money on better internet. Otherwise all was good.

Pillows were uncomfortable and small. Hotel was okay. Breakfast was disappointing. Flow of breakfast room and coffee service and hot water area caused a lot of traffic in the morning that was not well planned out.

All in all it was a good stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired as there were no eggs or sausage. Really no source of protein. So that’s one place the hotel could “up its game”

Room, sheets, bathroom and appliances are well maintained and the front desk employees are always super friendly. My go to logging when I’m in Vestal NY, visiting my daughter at Binghamton University.

The breakfast was good. The waffles were excellent except they ran out of butter and weren’t getting any more for over a week. That was unexceptable. Waffles need butter!!! The room was nice except we were at the very end of the hotel right next to the highway and it was very noisy. If I stay there again I will definitely request a room at the other end of the facility. Also the breakfast available was good but they need to add more savory food. It was all sweets. Some proteins would be a good addition.

Stayed overnight here. Used the laundry facilities which were well maintained and most useful. The staff could not have been more helpful and were able to share recommendations to enhance our trip. Thanks.

Close to SUNY Binghamton and great shopping area. Safe as well No one at front desk when I was ready to leave. There was a note saying leave your card key on the counter if you are checking out. I prefer at least one of those little boxes to put the key into.
