The location My stay at this property resulted in an unauthorized $250 incidental charge and appalling customer service. My husband is a certified HVAC technician. Upon checking in, he noticed the guest room A/C filter was heavily clogged with damp dust debris, restricting airflow. Out of professional courtesy, he pulled the filter and washed it out in the bathroom sink to restore air quality for our stay. Housekeeping subsequently photographed the dark, damp HVAC dust residue left behind and falsely labeled it as "marijuana ash" to exploit a $250 penalty. I am a legal New York State medical marijuana patient and held my medication securely in my luggage. The staff smelled the raw medication, assumed a violation, and manufactured this "proof" out of their own unmaintained air conditioner dust. When I called on August 22nd to explain the technical reality of the dust, the staff was hostile and dismissive. An employee cut me off, saying, "It's ashes, ma'am," and told me to call whoever I wanted to complain. I never smoked in the room. Our room was at the end of the hall by the exit, and building surveillance would easily prove I walked out to my vehicle every single time I needed to step off property. This matter is currently under official investigation by the Wyndham Corporate Presidential Office of Customer Care (Case #12315352) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) against Citibank for unfair billing. Unmaintained equipment and discriminatory profiling. Avoid this location.

Staff was friendly and informed. The building was fairly new, well maintained and clean. Very easy off and on for interstate I-86. There was a fair amount of road noise from the interstate, but not so much that it affected sleep. The thermostat was a bit finicky but worked okay once got used to it.

Did not like the air-conditioning blowing on you should’ve had a diverter to blow the air upward, not to the middle of the room that you cannot enjoy sitting in a chair or on the edge of the bed because the air was too cold either that or turn the AC off
