You get what you pay for. Although the room was not bad it did have a wet dog smell and not to mention the mattress was terrible. You can actually feel the springs on your back. Otherwise this hotel is only good for a 1 night stay.

Room was fair at best. Building is extremely dated and not in the best of shape. Staff was clearly understaffed. Would be fine if I was solo and traveling on a long road trip and needed to sleep for a few hours; but for 200+ for one night during Binghamton move in weekend, wildly overpriced. I get the price gouging for the school event, but come on…will not stay again, and my boy is an incoming freshman, so there will be plenty of opportunities in the coming years.

About what expected for the price. Run down, but was clean for most part.

This is what you would expect for the price. It was clean but the bed frame was broken so we slept on a slant and the frame was bigger than the bed. The water pressure was good. The entrance to the room was from the parking lot. A basic place to lay your head.

Not clean mini fridge barley worked I would not take a shower there

I wanted to cancel they pretty much made me pay charged my card when I clearly called before the time to cancel

Check in was fast, staff was friendly. Area around the facility was clean and appeared quite safe. Room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Water for shower was readily available. Bed was comfortable. Thank you The refrigerator still had containers of food from previous customers. Television appeared to be cleaned but screen looked greasy.

The room was clean. The lock on the door didn't seem very secure. I would bring one of those portable alarms for the door. Wi-Fi worked great.

They DO NOT have ADA rooms. The ada requirements are bare minimum ( beds are too high) and they wont clean your room when you request it. Don't bring your dog, the housekeeper will scream at your dog and let them loose in the parking lot THEY ARE NOT ADA compliant !!! Do not stay here if youre disabled.

While our two trucks and trailers where parked while we did a load of laundry before we got back on the road after check-out the cops where call on our vehicles. We only stay the one night and the rigs where only parked for less then 24 hours so i don't understand the reasoning.

My room was clean but did have a faint smell of cigarette smoke which was annoying since it was advertised as a non-smoking room.
