Housekeeping did not do much except change out the towels. The property has gone downhill over the years. But, the stay was comfortable.

ROOM'S DOOR DID NOT LOCK WHEN I ARRIVED. TOOK A WHILE FOR MAINTENANCE TO COME & REPLACE THE BATTERY. NO CLOCK/RADIO IN THE ROOM. TUB STOPPER CLOGGED WITH HAIR. ONE OF THE SMALL SHELVES IN THE SOWER WAS LOOSE FROM THE TILE WALLS. PARKING AREAS FLODDED WHEN IT RAINED SATURDAY EVENING.

Overall, a very good stay. My one complaint would be that there was no fan in our bathroom, and it made the entire space very humid.

This hotel is advertised on this site as having a pool and they do not. We were on a long motorcycle trip and wanted to stay where there was a pool to cool off. So disappointed. Someone needs to fix the advertisement for this hotel. Otherwise it was clean, impressive otherwise.

I think the hotel needs an update. The complimentary breakfast is lovely. The staff is very kind. Good parking.

Everything was okay. The only issue was the room has a smell to it. Smells a lot like mold or mildew. If thst goes away it be better. Coffee for breakfast could be fresher.

Unfortunately never enough towels… but the worse part was the smell of pot everywhere.. everytime we left and came back it was non stop! Also, we went to grab their”breakfast included “ at 9AM and nothing was left.

We stay here very often due to it being convenient for work. The rooms are always clean, staff always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always great! Location is very convenient( especially with dunkin in the same parking lot). Would definitely recommend and will continue to stay here! We did have a bad experience with a comfort inn (the one off 81 in binghamton) where the staff was super ignorant and tried charging us a damage fee for something that was already there when we got there. They weren't trying to hear us out or anything. And we decided at that point we were done with comfort inn. But then we ended up staying at this one again and had a magnificent experience as always. So we didnt let that deter us, which I am glad we didn't. Keep being great and we will continue to stay here!

(No toilet paper in gym area, facial tissue needed to be replaced and hair in shower). Had a decent breakfast and staff were nice and helpful. Great location, next to restaurants and a shopping mall area.
