The staff was friendly and helpful to an extend. What I was really impressed was the complementary breakfast which includes a wide variety of choices such as hot fluffy eggs and bacon. On the downside the room i was staying has a mildew smell. The toilet was slow flushing and the bathtub was collecting water on the waste line and took around 10 minutes before the all the water was vented out through the waste line.

The staff was helpful at first but got a little annoyed when I had to ask for new sheets. There was a dried blood stain on one beds comforter and the other bed had food stains. There was left over garbage in the cubby where the garbage is kept in the bathroom. The previous guest shoes and socks was left under the sink in the bathroom.

We stayed here for move in weekend at Binghamton University. It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in the area and the reviews weren’t awful. It was good enough but I don’t think I would stay here again if I can help it. The lobby was fine but the hotel needs a makeover. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The room had a peculiar smell. The towels smelled moldy. The bed was very soft. Both my husband and I had backaches in the morning. The room was tidy and the ac worked well. It was also quiet. The breakfast was ok but had a small selection of food choices. The coffee was very good. Check in and out were both very fast and easy.

How convenient Breakfast didn’t start at 6am

People were doing drugs and smoking in room 415. They set off the fire alarm not once but twice in the middle of the night! The front desk person was extremely rude to people who were expressing their frustration. She said “what the hell do you want me tondo about it?” I’ve never had such a bad stay anywhere

When he got there and checked in there was No crib in the he called the desk 3x’s they kept saying they would bring on up to the room. When he got back that evening still no crib or pac n play. He went down to the desk they told they didn’t have one, (but the couch pulled out, you can’t put a 16 month on a pull out!!) luckily my niece who lives there had a pac n play!!! The guy at the desk told him “ that it was his problem “ and walked away… If they would have been honest when he called the day before he would have brought the pac n play!!! Do not stay he with small children!!! They lie.. They need to take it off there listing!!!!

Good stuff Clean and smell

Breakfast was good, the room was clean and the people were nice, just wish it was quieter there.

The breakfast The A/C ran non stop but didnt cool the room. There was food all over the carpet when we first arrived. And the bathroom has a bad mold and mildew issue and smells. The room smells like risidule smoke . The carpets are sticky and feel gross to walk on. The floor in the bathroom was not clean. I used a towel across the floor and you can see in the photos how filthy it was. I was really upset to have a room like this on my trip to town to visit with family. And having 3 small children. Had to stay due to cost and not able to find another place that was affordable on last notice. We were only in the room to sleep at night, we came in late and exhausted.

Bed in the room was very comfortable and breakfast was also good. Hotel looked little rundown.

The hotel seems quite dated. The carpet in the room was damp near the HVAC unit, presumably from condensation of the unit.
