The noise was horrible. People upstairs pounding all night. Landscaper came at 715am on Sat to blow the planter a clear of bush clippings, 130am on Tue, the trash company came to empty the dumpster, 5 nights only 1 good night sleep.

Very good

The room was clean, however, there were hundreds of cigarette stubs lying outside my room and were not cleaned during the length of the stay. Driveway was not maintained and was uneven.
-
Great for extended stay. Pet friendly. Coffee and restaurants close by. Great staff.

Superb
-
I can only say this about the room we stayed in, but there was zero water pressure in both showers. Everything else was great.

Shabby. Needs updating.
-
It’s right near Binghamton University, the staff are very friendly, and the rooms are very big and well equipped.
-
Convenient location Felt like it could use a little updating so that it frlt cleaner

Our first-floor room was pleasant and comfortable, though a little small for extended stay. It is a villa style, so the door opened to the outside. The overall layout is nice, but exterior condition of the walks made it obvious that it has been around for a while. The perimeter road desperately needs repaving--lots of potholes. We watched pool being maintained while we were there, but the "pool closed" signed had been up for so long they were starting to deteriorate. The staff was pleasant to interact with. We would stay again, but would prefer newer or thoroughly renovated properties.

Had to wait and hour and a half for a room to be ready but even then, I had to remind the receptionist to check again, and only then did they find out that one had been ready for a while. Room had an unfixable running toilet, towel had a blonde curly hair stuck to it (we have black straight hair for reference), and can hear all the upstairs walking. Main pro is how close it is to the Bing campus - there’s a literal gate / shortcut at the back of the hotel I accidentally found. Also a somewhat close bus that loops the campus, if you didn’t come by car ✋

Large room, cool hotel room set up, basically connected to the Bing campus Had to wait and hour and a half for a room to be ready but even then, I had to remind the receptionist to check again, and only then did they find out that one had been ready for a while. Very clean and well maintained Nothing

I liked that the location was so close to our destination. I didn't like the fact that the sliding door to the outside didn't lock. I felt on edge all night. I felt like someone was going to come in at any moment.
-
Property was old and dated, and other than the lobby it looked as if not too much care to overall appearance was given including the room. Proximity to the college and local dining/shopping options were great but that's about it. Would not stay there again.
-
The location and area were wonderful We booked it because of the pool. A guest broke a bottle in the pool so, it was closed.
-
Highly overpriced for the condition of facilities. Siding outside of buildings was falling off in many places. The bathroom was the worst part. Toilet area did not provide enough room to reach toilet paper holder right next to you. Toilet was bolted down but there was not caulking or grout around the bottom. Toilet rocked terribly when you sat down. Overall the place is OK but in desperate need of updates/reconfiguration.
