The water didn’t drain at wash hands basin. My room number 220 Also the WiFi password was not working with my last name and room# but the long passcode. It was caused confusion

Room was clean, nice location and ok breakfast. Being woken up after 10:00 p.m. staff tried to open our room door, but my wife put the safety lock on. They thought our room was empty. I had to give my name, then she left.

I loved the breakfast and timings of it. Hotel is nice and clean as well. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Our stay was very good. The room was Very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and tables and hallways, very clean. Breakfast was really good! Many choices, with lots of extra's. I enjoyed the pancakes, others had the eggs and oatmeal. She liked the oatmeal, but said it was cold. I liked during breakfast, the ladies were always cleaning the coffee area, and sweeping up the floor, and wiping the tables and making sure everything was stocked up. They were on the ball! Love the game room. The gym was nice, but we don't use the gym, but it was being used. We did not know there was beer and canned drinks, would have enjoyed them Friday night! The only suggestion, would be to have uniforms, or nice shirts to wear

The last time I stayed at a true property was better than this experience.the pancake maker didn’t work so my son was upset that didn’t seem as clean as the previous stay. It seemed more dated in the bathrooms were just OK.
