No microwave in room and breakfast selection not the best

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless and even bigger than we expected. The beds are very comfortable. We had a nice breakfast (though there’s something weird about the hard-boiled eggs) before checking out. I’d stay here again!

Would stay again. Room and public areas were neat and clean. Pool was nice and crystal clear. Breakfast was more then satisfying with varied selection. Staff in the dining room was both helpful and polite. 24 hr coffee

This was the 2nd time staying in this hotel and was totally disappointed at this time. Staying on the 1st Floor - the sound proof was terrible. We can literally hear guests walking on the room above us. Me and my husband couldn't sleep and rest well because of the noise. We can also hear guests walking outside the hallway and banging with the door. The housekeeping attendant was rude and not considerate of guests sleeping in the room. They start to do housekeeping at 7am and banging the cart and made loud noise. My husband went out to talk to the attendant to please keep the noise low because we are still trying to sleep. Overall they are not friendly nor provide the standard service of professionalism.

A nice reasonable price for a great room for one night. Continental breakfast items were an added plus! Very helpful front desk staff.

This whole stay was awful. Between the strong paint smell, that they control the A/C in your room AND they told us we have to let the water run for 15 minutes just to take a luke warm shower. GM "lives" on property but was never there. Found a fly in the hot water for the tea and asked for someone to come look at our a/c several times and no one ever came

Nothing! This hotel is a scam and fraud. They said they were overbooked and sent us to an outdated smelly hotel for the same rate and said it was Booking.com’s fault. Which one is it?

There was no coffee available in the room. Most of the time, coffee was unavailable in the main reception area.

It’s vestal so I don’t expect much but if I’m paying for an indoor pool, it should at least be available. The elevators were also not functioning. It just wasn’t all that great of an experience.

The system was down during check-in, so the staff seemed to be having a hard time.

The drain in the shower was partially clogged with hair, but room was otherwise clean. The bagel bar in the morning was OK but a continental breakfast would have been preferred.

The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. The door was very heavy and hard to push open, and the toilet ran all night. Breakfast was ok... nothing special. The coffee was good. Front desk staff was exceptional.

The property was in good condition but noticed outside trash can needed emptying, landscape areas needed weeding. Elevator was SLOW! Breakfast was only continental but still had good choices, bagels were very good.
