Staff is friendly clean

The staff is friendly and nice. The room was quite big and comfortable. The place knew that we were saying 6 days and we got almost empty bottles of shampoo, hand soap, body wash... only one roll of toilet paper. We had to keep asking thing by thing which was unconfortable because sometimes we left at night and came back at dawn because of the tours to Niagara Falls... etc.

Great location near University. No food available except out of machine, no pool etc. But, the price was good for area, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, got an upgrade to a suite which had kitchen and lots of space.Perfect for what we wanted.

Attentive staff and clean facility. Spacious room, well equipped. Good location near restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is due for renovation. The room shows the age and the appliances not always work well. The diswasher in our room leaked after the cleaning cycle was over. I didnt mind the incovenience but I don't think I would be able to put up with it during a long staty. The drainage in the bathroom is slow. The toilet clogged up at first use. I did not report the issue because after a few flushes it was able to do work properly, but it's obvious that there is an issue with the pipes.

This is the third time since 2018 that we have stayed at this motel, and it has been a great stay every time!

I stay here quite often when visiting my mom, the rooms are very large and have full kitchens, and free charging for my Tesla!

The shower floor flooded every time the shower was used. The drains did not prevent that (handicap shower)

Clean and spacious room with a nice full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and microwave in the kitchenette. Perfect for quick and simple meals and snacks in the room with convenient location to a dance competition held on the Binghamton University Campus.

Lots of amenities! Loved they allow dogs. Location is great, love the lending library. Quiet amd comfortable beds. Staff was extremely helpful and personable. Parked our truck a m d camper for the night without any issues!!
