This hotel is extremely clean, from the bedding to the bathroom- spotless. The staff is very professional. Breakfast was great. Lots of offerings to choose from.

Initial room - broken lock on window which opened on to an accessible roof. Had to change rooms. Mildew swell in bathroom. Sone mold in shower. Loose faucet. Shower curtain was about 6 inches too long leading to a mess. Entire facility dated. Quite expensive for rather mediocre facility. The Parkway it’s located on is a beast. Lots of traffic, lots of lights, leading to traffic jams and unexpected delays.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. The bathroom is pretty worn out and should be updated. Management needs to do something about the strong moldy smell on the first floor by the pool.

Breakfast seemed very nice. Fresh and better than some other free breakfasts. (Wish that we could get away from bathtub with the plastic curtain, but I knew that going in.) Was fine for a quick overnight stay.

There was a wet towel in our bath tub when we entered and the window shade didn’t work. Disappointed with the experience for the price of the room. Other than that, the room was spacious.

Wow it exceeded our expectation, clean room, clean sheets and towels, we are a family with 4 children and it was so spacious. Do recommend! Actually nothing, maybe the lack of veggies at breakfast but must.
